Pros (+) Friendly service at lobby.
Cons (-) Room seemed modern from the outside but old from the inside. No room service after 10:30pm. Clean bath towels had stains.

Pros (+) I liked the location in Haarlem. Walking distance to everywhere. Nice big comfy rooms and great breakfast
Cons (-) Distance from Amsterdam and station. The room had some sort of underfloor heating which wouldn't switch off.
