Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. However, many reviews highlighted significant drawbacks, including issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and maintenance problems like broken fixtures and old furnishings. Several guests also mentioned noise disturbances, both from the surrounding area and within the hotel itself, as well as small or cramped rooms. Service was sometimes described as inattentive or insufficient, with some guests experiencing slow check-in or a lack of staff presence. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
