Pros: It is our fav spot for a local getaway in Indianapolis. Great location, wonderful staff and always a great room, comfy bed and etc.
Cons: We were a little surprised at the condition of the room . . . the wood trim/molding around the doors were marred/scuffed and there was paint chipped around the lights near the beds. Just not accustomed to this at the Conrad.

Pros: The amazing staff, when I told them about the TV not working properly they took off the parking fee for the night
Cons: Gap between vent and drywall, shower floor and tub was not as clean as I would have liked, tv didn't work in the bathroom. Very off putting to have people come up to you when your on the patio of Tastings and ask for money or other rude things.

Pros: Excellent amenities...something that would put you over the top as far as where I am coming from is a shuttle service. I know that a high end hotel has certain operating styles. I just came from the ATA show and stayed with you for 5 nights. I had to Uber both back and forth to the event twice a day carrying items along with transportation to and from the airport. I may not stay with you next year due to this simple inconvenience which when attending conventions makes things difficult. If someone would like to discuss this more in depth feel fee to contact me: Micah Brown (email/number attached to registration)

Cons: The only complaint I have is that there NO mention of a $75 Pet Fee or a $55 Amenities Fee! I did t get hit with that knowledge until I checked in at 10:30p.m. Too tired from driving 15 hrs and too late to seek other accommodations.

Pros: Service level and friendliness of all employees was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was very good-tasting and offered individual while-you-wait choices such as omelettes, waffles, and pancakes. Aesthetically very upkept and artistic. TV service great.
Cons: Advertised as close to convention center--actually five blocks away (too far to walk with small children). Ice machine and one elevator out of service entire four-day stay. No dresser in room. Water tasted bad. Spooky gym/pool in basement.

Cons: Not really.
7,9 Good
Pros: I liked how close it was to downtown. Everything we needed was easy to get to and the staff were very accommodating. The room we had booked was actually unavailable and we paid a very high rate for that room, but the staff did what they could to make it a little better. They gave us free drinks at the bar and brought up a bottle of wine and beers and some chocolate covered strawberries for us.
Cons: It was extremely frustrating to pay so much money for the room and it not be the one we paid for. The room was not worth the amount we paid.

Pros: Nice suites, comfortable beds.

Pros: Location is fantastic and the staff is and were attentive and knowledgeable.
Cons: The Valet parking has always left me with a sour taste. Again I called 15 minuets prior to my departure, and still waited 15 minuets more for my car at 5:30 in the morning. With flight to catch it adds a lot of stress and leaves me frustrated after a nice stay.

Pros: Clean
Cons: Hotel overcharged me and didn’t want to refund my money as quick as they took it and it was all the money I had to eat for my supposed to be relaxing vacation. So I had to starve my whole stay there because they wouldn’t refund the money that they overcharged.

Pros: Staff is really amazing
Cons: Elevators and workout room were small
7,7 Good
Cons: We were up charged 100 bucks for an otherwise 20 dollar bottle of la crema Pinot noir, which is simply outrageous. Also the coasters that the glasses were on had obviously not been changed for some time. The room was otherwise beautiful and location was great. The elevators however are tiny and my wife and I had to carry our 6 month old and his stroller up about 14-16 steps to access the connected City Circle Mall.

Pros: How courteous the staff greeted us and treated us throughout our stay.
Cons: There could have been better lighting in the room.

Pros: Decor and comfort level were great, very short walk to Lucas oil stadium, enjoyed the spoke and steel restaurant.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Le Meridian is a lovely hotel with a city vibe. It is cute, has access to the mall and is a great location in general. Has quality food. Amazing in room Illy coffee and espresso.
Cons: The room was tiny, which was fine. I was put next to an elevator and could hear every person get on and off. I think the smallness of the hotel made it easier to hear people in the hall, but my elevator location amplified the sounds. I had high expectations with the food, I found the quality wonderful, but the taste didn't really wow me at all. I had 2 room service meals and they were alright

Pros: The room was really great and clean!
Cons: The stuff at the check in told me that I can pay in the morning of the next day instead of paying when I got there, so I decided to do so, but they kept trying to take the money from my card that I have provided on booking.com and they were doing it for about 5 times during the night until they got my card into a negative balance, because they took the same payment 2 times, so I had to call the bank to get my money back

Pros: i like to stay at suites because of the kitchenette and extra room. the facility was clean, although they were late in making up our room one day. also, its location is very good as far as restaurants and activities are available.
Cons: i bought a two bedroom king suite for my daughter's family of four in june and when we arrived someone else was in the suite. your management put them in a one bedroom two queen bed suite. i was not notified as to any resolution concerning price differential or an apology. your management offered two one bedroom suites but these were children traveling with a parent -- unacceptable. i am still waiting for some credit on my charge card or communication from management. i may not book with homewood again.

Pros: Connected to Circle Center mall
Cons: Area felt very unsafe after dark. Lots of police activity around. Inconvenient that gift shop closed early and only access to bottled water was vending machine on the 15th floor or $4 bottles in the room. That is an excessive amount to cost for a bottle of water

Pros: The location of the hotel was in walking distance of the convention center
Cons: Rooms could use some upgrades.. Plumbing in the shower was slow
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about it. The room was great and the staff was super nice!
Cons: Parking was so expensive!! They should offer free parking for guests since we are already spending $--- to stay there.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The location is nice, and some of the staff was very helpful! Specially John. He helped us get our bags ready when we had to move rooms
Cons: They are currently doing construction and renovating some of the rooms but they do not tell you that when you are checking in. So if you think you can sleep in, you are wrong! Lol 8am on a Saturday they are hammering every inch of every wall! And just when I thought maybe Sunday it would be better since it’s the Lords day and maybe the construction guys will have the day off! No! They brought drills this time!! You’d think you are in the same room as them! That’s how loud it was! When I called the front desk the guy said to me, “well we are lucky they started at 9 bc they wanted to start at 8. But check out is in just 3 hours so I don’t think you want to move rooms because there’s no point”....... for the $300 you charge for 2 nights you better move me to another room right now and I’m getting my three hours of sleep! Overall it wasn’t that great of an experience.. not for that kind of money..
7,5 Good
Pros: The facilities were nice, plenty fancy, and clean. Great location for walking to most stuff downtown.
Cons: I wasn’t a fan of the valet parking, though the attendants were great, I don’t like not having easy access to my car while traveling. We were very disappointed the pool was closed without prior notice. As we were traveling with our five year old it was a prerequisite for accommodations. Only to find after we suit up that the pool is drained and under construction. Last but not least, there must have been maintenance happening in the room next to us because all day it sounded like someone was drilling into the adjoining wall. Not great for relaxing.
5,0 Okay
Cons: It was cold in the room and you couldn't make it warmer over 70 *

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient downtown location, all suite rooms
Cons: Our suite was very dark and cavelike with one small window and a view of a wall only feet away. Our friends had a suite with big beautiful windows and high ceilings looking out on the street. Very disappointing, since we booked both suites. Not equivalent

Pros: It was so roomy! There were 6 of us sharing the space, and it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. The hotel was in walking distance to almost anything we needed and the staff was so accommodating.
Cons: Nope! It would be better if the pool stayed open later than 11, but we still had a good time.
7,1 Good
Pros: I was told by front desk that I didn’t have to pay for parking it was included the room price . So I went to check in and they added $35 fee for parking . Arguing some but I had to pay and stay ! So that made me disappointed. The room was high enough so to add parking fee was crazy price together ! Won’t be staying Again

Pros: Full size kitchen and Ice maker in the freezer. Room was spacious and good for a small gathering. Beds were comfortable The room has multiple USB ports and electricity was abundant. Breakfast was good. Blackout blinds were appreciated.
Cons: The door was sticking open in the frame all the time. It has to be pulled shut. Room 205. The curtains were attractive but they didn't move easily, and didn't fully cover the windows. But the blinds kept out the sun. No donuts in the breakfast.

Pros: Close to everything
Cons: No
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Our room was on the front street (2nd floor) and it was extremely noisy because it was next to a dance club bar and there were a lot of people congregating in front of the hotel. We were unable to get to sleep until the noise stopped at about 3:30 am.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was satisfying, the staff at breakfast went above and beyond to help everyone that was down to eat.
Cons: In the room; the bathroom door was removed, the stove didn't work, the television in the sitting area didn't work (which they knew before putting us in the room). We were awakened at 8:00AM with the sound of a hammerdrill in the adjoining room. The room should have been comp'd. We have stayed there before and have always been satisfied. I feel I should have been notified when I reserved the room of construction as I personally called them to verify my reservation.

Pros: Literally everything! Staff is knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. Love the convenience of the valet service. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and designed beautifully. For the price, you cannot find a better hotel in Indy. My husband and I don't stay anywhere else.
Cons: nothing
