Pros: Loved the fresh take on a hotel. The art was a fun experience, though I'd prefer some variety as it was all pop art. The decor was modern but still warm and fun. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Several great upscale bars and restaurants steps away.
Cons: The location left something to be desired if you want anything beyond great evening eateries or the theatre. No breakfast places around or any shopping minus Tiffanys or Macy's. It felt odd that difference sides of the sand city block can vary between lux and sketchy.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Art everywhere, bizarre delights sprinkled throughout. Great restaurant and right around the corner from Contemporary Arts Center. Wonderfully colorful staff.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Love 21C. They always have the best people.

Pros: I was very happy with the hot breakfast the continued even with Covid. Everything was packaged nicely and made me feel very comfortable.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Great location, beautiful facility
Cons: I asked for and was confirmed for a high floor room but was placed on the 3rd floor
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Quiet, large rooms, great bar/snacks, and breakfast is huge. Best part though are the extremely friendly employees.
Cons: Prices are a bit high, though well worth it once you add the free breakfast, easy parking, etc

Pros: The area is wonderful. They need a nicer hotel for this cute area.
Cons: The carpet is too dark and was so dirty our feet turned colors. They put me in the wrong room and asked me to move after I unpacked and was getting ready for a wedding with a small child. The refrigerator stopped working. The shower head wouldn't stay on unless you kept pushing the button. The rooms are so dark and depressing. I felt like it held filth it was so dark. They charged me twice and said they would try and fix it. I won't be going back again.

Pros: Great location. Newly renovated. Clean
Cons: Cost to valet
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Cool building with brand new rooms. Modern lobby and design throughout hotel.
Cons: Still in a 'soft' opening, so there are some things that need to be worked on. Shower drained back into the bathroom and elevators had filthy overhead lights.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Booked night for a reds game was within walking distance from the park and everything you need was right there awesome time
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great hotel and was very clean.
Cons: When i booked the room it said two queen or one king. So when we arrived i was informed that they had no king beds available. This needs to be a selection so you know what you are getting when you book a room.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Location, staff were amazing. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed.
Cons: Slight carpet odor in the hallways

Pros: I enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the actual worked well
Cons: When we arrived we were informed that they only had a room with 2 twin gets even though I goofed this room two months I advance. I also completed an early check in on line further requesting a queen bed and a roll away. We arrived and not only got stuck with twin beds but no rollaway, our keys were notable to be made and we would have to move to another roomwith 2 twin beds on our third night bebecause the room we were in was booked for someone else. When we were escorted by a silent hotel employee to the room as we had no keys we arrived to a room with no toilet paper and a broken phone. Over priced
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Friendliness of staff
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Close to everything downtown, shuttles to Jack's Casino. The room was spacious with a great view of the river and skyline. Like using the skywalk to connect to the garage next door.
Cons: It would be nice for the Red Roast Tavern to remain open until 2am on weekends. Had to go to the Westin for nightcap.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Location!
Cons: No free parking or breakfast, extremely small bathroom.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Overall look of the hotel was nice and makes you feel at home. The staff was helpful and upgraded my room when they were not able to find my reservation. The rooms are nice and my view was awesome.
Cons: Having a hard time checking in due to the hotel failing to enter my reservation.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The location is ideal for downtown events.
Cons: At 10 at night the lobby was loud and filled with smokey-smelling, loitering, loud people that had just come from Cincy Beerfest. I had reserved (a month in advance) AND confirmed (the day before) a king room with my wife on the night before valentines day, but they said they "only have doubles left", so obviously reservations mean nothing to them. After that major disappointment (especially for the high rate) we found the beds didn't even have fitted sheets, and the duvets used two sheets rather than covers, so both them and the mattresses were exposed. The beds were hard as rocks, luke warm water is the best you'll get, and we couldn't get out there fast enough. I'm sure they treat you right if you're a member, but I would never want to go there enough to become one. Never using Hyatt again. There are better downtown Cincy alternatives.
Good 7,7
Cons: Restaurant doesn't have many options for food would like to see more variety
Okay 5,7
Cons: The sheets were very scratchy.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Location

Pros: Everything, had my room ready as soon as I got there, room was beautiful and very comfortable, would definitely come back.
Cons: There was nothing not to like..... Instead of the weather ,it's freakin cold in Cincinnati in January
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Didn't like that there was no notice that river view was extra until getting to hotel. Was not stated in cost when purchasing.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff went out of their way to make us happy
Cons: Bar closed too early
Good 6,0
Pros: Its in a convenient location if you are in town for business. Restaurants are within walking distance. The airport is a short drive.
Cons: Staff didn't seem to care much about anything. The room didn't feel very clean. The money for the value is lacking.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Hotel was clean and very centrally located!
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Overall, the room/bathroom were clean and quiet - bed was extremely comfortable; full length mirror in room; great lighting around bathroom mirror; rain shower head; complementary water bottle. If you forego full housekeeping (Make a green choice), there's a minimal credit to use at participating food/bev places in the hotel or get SPG Starpoints - good incentive, Westin! Little perks like that are nice.
Good 6,3
Pros: Rooms were clean and it was close to a lot of things...
Cons: Halls were a bit drab, music from the square was loud -it didn't bother us but older people may not like it. Probably should make sure guests are aware. Paying what we did ... Wifi should be free!!!
Okay 5,1
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was dirty, sink full of dirt. Linens stained
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was awesome and definitely took care of us! The location is great, right at fountain square within easy walking distance of many places.
Cons: The valet parking charge was kind of high at $30
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,2
Cons: It is joined by other shops and free to the public. Dangerous entry late at night. Witness homeless people cursing guests out as they waited for the casino shuttle that partners with Westin Hotel and degrading females. Deserves more security by the door in that area.
Okay 4,8
Pros: I liked the fact that it was downtown. No breakfast, No wi-if, no parking, AC was turned down to 66 in the room and it was still warm. Pool closed at 10PM... Paids $230 for one night for something that shouldn't have cost over $100 a night. All in all it was just VERY overpriced for what you get.

Pros: Location close to Music Hall.
Cons: Thought I had upgraded. Room was small and cramped. Only cups in the room were two coffee cups. Bed was uncomfortable. Would rather have stayed at a Hampton. They coul not accommodate us for dinner at the Orchid. Had to eat off property.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Hotel and staff were great overall Valet was professional about their mistake
Cons: Valet lost keys to my car, had to locate employee from previous night stay and deliver car to my house
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The Art Deco style, the live jazz combo in the bar; helpful & friendly staff, great location in the city!
Cons: A little noisy inside the rooms (street noise)
Excellent 10,0
Cons: None, everything was great.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Liked room but not view.... everyone is overly friendly
Cons: View. Room service should be described better, that cheese plate was disgusting. Some of people were very pretigious
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Excellent location
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The historic building was beautiful. The location and view were also excellent.
Cons: The hot tub in the gym was barely warm.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel was beautiful! We stayed there because we heard it was haunted. Nothing creepy happened, but it was still a great hotel!!
Cons: Maybe a bigger bathroom sink area, but nothing other than that.
Good 6,2
Pros: It was close to our final place.
Cons: The room was very small.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Front desk and other staff very kind and helpful . We really liked the hotel, very nice and comfy! Elegant too.
Cons: Valet staff was no help at all. We didn't know what to do and they thought we should it seemed like. We assumed, as is the case at other hotels, they would take our car. We went inside to find out we had to drive all over the place to self park. That's not what we wanted. I don't know how the mix up happened but it wasn't pleasant. It was probably the concierge was the problem not the actual valet staff.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: We loved the bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and the service extraordinary. The staff were uniformly courteous and friendly. Grand old hotel.
Cons: Set the thermostat lower in our room on the 28th floor, but the temperature was unchanged 14 hours later.

Pros: Room was comfortable, not too hot or too cold when we came in. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was HUGE with a tall shower.
Cons: The website did not inform us we would have to pay for parking on site.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Breakfast.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean room. Good breakfast. Nice/ professional manager.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Comfortable beds. Many bath towels
Cons: Paper thin ceilings-NOISE WHEN WALKING ABOVE! Leave breakfast open until 11 on Saturday and Sunday. NO HOT TUB.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Friendly staff, great free hot breakfast, nice rooms
Cons: Had to pay for parking
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Clean, comfortable, most of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Larger room than I expected, convenient location to visit UC. Once I actually got into the room, I was happy with everything.
Cons: Some staff weren't as helpful or welcoming. Poor communication: I arrived at 10:00 am and asked if they had anything available yet. They told me they were fully booked and check in was at 11:00am. Reasonable, so I sat and waited in the dining room area across from the front desk. 11:15 comes around, nobody has said anything yet. I go up to the desk and ask for an update and they tell me nothing will be ready until 2:00pm. Essentially, I had been sitting there rather than walking the city. They took down my number and said they would call me as soon as something was ready. I left at 11:30 and had events at UC from 2-5:30, so I didn't come back to the hotel until almost 6, but nobody ever called me.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: comfortable bed, quiet despite being busy, great breakfast, convenient location
Cons: can't think of anything
Good 7,6
Pros: Comfortable. Nice staff. Large breakfast.
Cons: Was on the first floor, was noisy. Small fitness room. Bad coffee.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I liked the friendly staff, clean rooms, and breakfast was great. They offered fresh fruit and almond milk, so I felt so happy to have coffee with almond milk each morning and oatmeal with fresh fruit.
Cons: The first room I was in had a strange noise that kept me awake all night. They moved me to a different location, and the noise was gone.

Cons: We were initially given the wrong room. We had requested a queen but got a double. When staff was alerted, they were able to move us to a new room but blamed other members of the staff for the error rather than apologizing. Our new room smelled odd and moldy. It was extremely humid in the room. Parking was also not obvious. There is a large parking garage right next to the hotel so we thought this was the appropriate place to park. Luckily we asked when we checked in if it was ok to park there and were told that no, we were only able to valet park our car. We were told if we left our car on the garage it would likely get towed. There was no information to indicate this on check in or signage to indicate the garage was not for our use. Luckily we asked otherwise our car would have been towed. Lastly, there was a shuttle service to be used by wedding guests. The shuttle broke down so we were unable to use this for transport. We were told they hotel staff was ordering cabs, but after waiting 20 mins with no sign of cabs, we ended up ordering our own and paying for the transport.

Okay 4,2
Pros: Do not stay here until mid June No amenities Hotel had construction until 830 at night
Cons: Hotel was misrepresented, awful experience and really expensive for having no amenities and the noise
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved theroom, comfort and the bathroom. Also enjoyed lobby bar.
Okay 4,5
Cons: Was not informed when booking that hotel was under major renovations and without any convenient amenities. The construction noise was incredibly loud and made resting in the room during the day impossible.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: The building, facilities, & staff were all very nice.
Cons: Very minor things, but our bathroom TV remote battery was dead. Also a notice before arriving at the hotel that the water pump system was going to be being worked on & we would have no water from midnight until around 6 a.m would have been appreciated.
Good 6,0
Pros: Cleanliness of the lobby and ease of valet parking.
Cons: Room smelled when we arrived. No slippers, missing robe, tub was dirty and there were no remotes. The air didn't work very well at first. Ordered room service and it was cold and disgusting. $60 worth of food that wasn't even eaten. The price of the hotel room was overrated. The bar downstairs said it was closing at 1am. We came back from our show early to grab a drink before heading up to our room and the bar was closed at 12:30am. Unhappy customer and will go to the Westin from now on.
Good 7,7
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and the location terrific. Very centralized location--easy to walk to area sites and restaurants.
Cons: The wifi internet was extremely spotty and rarely worked which was disappointing and made working remotely difficult.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Very comfy beds, nice decor, great big tubs.
Cons: Took four tries to get us a room (broken AC, miscommunication, etc) but the staff was super nice about it.
Okay 5,7
Pros: Original staircase
Cons: Rooms look like boring suburban hotel. Door let in all sound. Floors are fake laminate. Bring back the charm of the old hotel. :(
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I took a Greyhound from Detroit, and when I booked those tickets, Kayak sent me to a deal (although they took a cut.) So, a room that normally cost about 150 was 77 on the site. After “fees and tax” that went up to about 101.50. In any case, I had a nice stay in a nice room downtown within walking distance of anything I needed or wanted. At one point, the room was cold and I didn’t think the thermostat was working correctly. They couldn’t get anyone to look at it, so I got to sleep in another room. So, at one point I had 2 rooms because I didn’t have to move my things out of the cold room. Also, I ordered a chicken wrap off the late night menu but didn’t know it had onions on it. I had to order a salad instead and they didn’t charge me. Very accommodating service. Also enjoyed the smart TV so I could watch my own Netflix account. Food was pretty good.
Cons: Construction. But they did their best to work with me. And of course things were a little pricey. No vending machines, so a can of coke cost 3.75. The sticker shock for breakfast: since the order card didn’t have prices, I thought that the list of items I checked were a part of a package deal. I ended up paying 76 for breakfast! I wish I had known. Seems a little underhanded. To charge that much for food and drink, at least let the guest know! I could have stocked up at the CVS down the street, but alas, there was no refrigerator.
Good 6,0
Pros: Rooms are cool, clean and maintain the old boutique style without comprising on quality
Cons: The current renovation has this hotel feeling very closed off and providing nothing in the way of ambiance for the cost and supposed quality of the hotel. Although it may be necessary and some warning was given, this did not feel like a high end hotel and price/value definitely did not reflect in the current downgrade of quality. When done I’m sure it will return to it rating, but I wouldn’t touch this place until then.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The shower and tub were amazing!!!
Cons: The noise was very loud. You could hear the next room’s door shut and it would wake you up. Also the road outside our room it sounded like cars were racing and it was even louder and woke us up.
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: Between construction and no parking , no valet, no bell service. I don't consider this a functioning hotel right now.

Pros: Our hosts were personable and charming and their dog non-intrusive. A light breakfast of fresh food was welcome after a late night. The guest rooms and bath are clean. Bedroom decor is simple and soothing. The house has great bones and good potential. We were in town for a concert and liked being able to walk just a mile to Bogart's on Vine. Good value and met our needs.
Cons: The place has zero curb appeal, not an obstacle for us, but has potential to discourage others. Long term ongoing renovations make this place more appropriate as AirBnB than a true B&B as the common areas remain in progress. Some people would be put off by the kitchen facilities such as they are, but that's for the hosts to work out, and they made my breakfast in there without a hitch, so none of my business.
Okay 5,3
Pros: Nice proprietors.
Cons: Facilities are quite run-down. Exposed beams and wall insulation in the bathroom, creaky floors, drapes held up by loose nails.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This is not a B&B. No sign outside. It was a spare, unlocked room in someone's house. Yard unkempt. Little furniture --odds and ends. Grimy. I would not have wanted to sit down, sleep, or eat breakfast anywhere there. Very disappointed. We found another place to stay.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The owners are very nice and were warm and friendly we chatted for 1.5 or 2 hours after my arrival and I really enjoyed them. Their dog is also very nice and adds to the charm. I like watching the "This Old House" style of TV show and it was fun to stay with a couple who like to rehab older homes. It is a work in progress, but everything was neat and tidy by my arrival and whatever projects they are working on were not a hindrance to my stay. Breakfast was fresh pancakes, bacon and sliced fresh strawberries and french pressed coffee ... WAY better than a hotel lobby breakfast!!
Cons: The cement contractor showed up around 6:30 AM to finish working on the front sidewalk. The owners had tried to reschedule his work, but they were unsuccessful. It was a noisy way to start the day, but it was a "one time only" work project and won't be an issue for any other guests.
Good 6,3
Pros: Pleasant host and hostess and delightful dog!
Cons: Hard to find! 9:00 is too late to serve breakfast for someone who is traveling that day! Not that I was sorry to miss it after she told me is was scrambled eggs - I am more used to things like quiche, breakfast casserole, etc. at BB's! The host finally reluctantly agreed to come downstairs to carry our my luggage at that time. I was not able to handle it on the front steps because there is NO railing on the lower portion!

Good 7,7
Cons: Elevator wasn’t working when we were trying to leave
Okay 4,5
Pros: Not much
Cons: Check in line was craaaaazy! Took about 45 minutes. This isn’t Vegas, people! Bathroom in the upgraded more modern suites wasn’t modern at all, it was tired and old and rickety. Only 2 out of 6 elevators worked and there was a constant line. You would then be so packed in to each elevator, stopping at each floor, all you can smell is everyone else’s breath cos you’re rammed in so tightly Parking was an additional $30/night.... Just generally very mediocre and not like the photos online. Won’t stay there again
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everyone we interacted with was friendly and willing to answer questions/help.
Cons: Nothing, it was a great experience
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms were dirty. Light falling off the wall. Shower barely put out water to rinse off. Elevators were very slow.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The room itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was wonderful. Staff was friendly and quick.
Cons: Hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces where dated and worn. No microwave or refrigerator in room.
Okay 4,8
Pros: Lines for check in, service, baggage. Low staff. Friendly but simply too much time waiting.
Cons: More staff, cleaner common areas. Lobby, bar, restrooms not well kept
Good 6,2
Cons: Blood stains on one of the pillows
Good 6,2
Pros: The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and city sites of interest. The staff was professional and friendly inside the hotel.
Cons: The valet for the hotel was full because it lent out its spots to concert goers making their hotel guest park next door at a local parking garage. The valet also inaccurately told me how much it was to park at the public lot. The Hotel looks nice from the outside but the lobby is huge, confusing, and looks a bit trashy and unfinished. The fitness center was very small and inadequate.
Good 6,2
Pros: I liked the location to the location to the river front.
Cons: Phone room did not work, there was no remote for tv , they place there charges on top of deposit on credit card for valet and slow to return deposit
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Staff was very nice and informative. Rooms are clean.
Cons: The bed is not very comfortable.
Good 6,0
Pros: Immediate and correct response when I asked about nearby Catholic churches; No additional charge for three people in room in stead of initially booked 1.
Cons: Was given (slightly) incorrect information about breakfast buffet costs.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location (directly connected to Convention Center I would be in).
Cons: Poor maintenance (mainly lobby area). No free internet service in rooms (which is fairly frequent in the us).
Good 6,7
Pros: Overall stay was nice.. Parking was a concern.. No room at hotlel and the price was to high!
Good 6,7
Pros: Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Cincinnati with convenient access to the ball parks, shops and restaurants.
Okay 4,4
Pros: the pool deck
Cons: poor service, noisy neighbors, way over-priced for what it is and where it is, was initially sent to the wrong room (one that doesn't even exist)

Cons: Very dirty. Actually had a mini fridge but it wasn't even plugged in. Had ants in our room
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I found old urine in the ice bucket (clean plastic wrap over it). Hairs all over the shower wall. Hairs under blanket. Dirty towels.
Mediocre 3,4
Pros: The decor was nice, big tv, sheets clean, bed comfy, lots of stations. Mini fridge.
Cons: Cleanliness was poor. Poop stains on toilet. Dead bugs. Floor was dirty. WORST PART: OVERHEAD LIGHT JUST RANDOMLY CAME ON ALL NIGHT. Called office at 1:30am, friendly enough lady (underpaid I bet), said there was NOTHING that could be done. Couldn't access lightbulb. I had a sleeping child and we had a 5k at 8 a.m. so I wasn't switching rooms at 2 a.m. I woke up about 10 times in the night to the light. It was ridiculous.

Pros: The staff was somewhat helpful
Cons: I was charged 10$ more than price quoted and paid on my card. Looked at my statement and nobody could figure out why my debit card was overcharged. Bathroom tub was very dirty with mold in it. Television in first room didn't work. Switched to another room 1990 model tv. Was approached a few times if I wanted to buy drugs while I was at the pool where the sides were black and hadn't been cleaned. Very disappointed overall. No snack machines only soda pop. I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone!
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: Nothing besides the fact that it was 5 minutes away from my place of business.
Cons: Disgusting room, carpet had holes, door into bathroom looked like it has been kicked in. Smelled like smoke even though I was in non smoking area. I'll be amazed if I don't get bed bugs.
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: I requested a non smoking room. There was smoking everywhere in the facility. EVEN IN THE NON SMOKING AREA. The room was filthy - and my children ended up getting bit by something- we can only attribute it to bed bugs. The beds were worn out to the point that there was foam mats under the sheets to help with the worn out beds. the breakfast that was offered was stale cereal and dry muffins. This was not a breakfast that we thought we would have been provided. which ended up costing us more than we anticipated because we had to go out for breakfast. Also to top it off the hotel is right next to a bar. Loud music and more smoking everywhere you went. These circumstances are not conducive for people with ASTHMA and small children. If I had known this was this bad of a hotel I would have never reserved it. Unfortunately we had to stay here because it was non refundable and also most hotels in the area were booked. I feel that I was taken for my money and will never book this hotel or any days in - in the future.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff facility horrible customer service worse hotel ever. I stayed in a cabin on the mountains of WV in February with no heat and it was 100% better then this dump site
Okay 4,0
Cons: Holes in sheets, no remote, no hot water in morning, only half of lights worked
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Nothing good to say here
Cons: Room smelled like musty B.O. BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE. And the pool was closed.
Okay 4,8
Pros: Close to family who is ill. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The smell was horrible. We were on the first floor and the hallways smelled like cigarettes so bad! My husband also thought he smelled marijuana coming from one of the rooms. The room itself didn't smell quite as bad as the hallway. It was dark and had poor lighting to see anything. The bathroom caulking was moldy. The next morning we had a roach crawling on the desk in the room. We were worried some may have gotten in our suitcase overnight so we had to empty it completely to check. After we got home I could still smell the awful cigarette smell in our bags and clothing. I will be looking elsewhere when I coke back to Cincinnati in a few weeks.

Pros: I purchased rooms for my employees. I moved them to another hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and service. Upon arrival there was a huge stain on the bedsheet. It appeared dirty. When my employee asked the front desk for service he was told they could give him sheets and he ccould do it himself. He made a report to corp.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was clean. The front desk guy was awesome
Mediocre 2,2
Pros: Wasn’t pleased at all
Cons: There was a roach in the first room immediately as I walked in, with black hair left on the bed, and what appeared to be a gum stain on the bed sheet. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a new room. The second room was in somewhat disrepair, with holes in the walls, mold on the ceiling, and when I pulled the sheets back, there were bugs on the bed. I left to go somewhere else and requested a full refund.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: .........it was room, with a bed, a/c, running water mediodre facialitys at best.
Cons: I booked this room thur booking .com was given a price. Once I checked out only to be charged a different rate. Checking in and out, front desk ppl, very unhelpful. Only answer I could get was call management. As a retired, disable U.S.Marine I expect you to honor what you advertise. Do what you say, say what you do! Throughly disappointed.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: nothing...except puling out of the driveway
Cons: Rooms smell of smoke. Beds are incredibly soft. Furniture is worn and dated. Cleanliness is non-existent. Just a dump
