Valet does not know how to drive manual transmission. Front desk does not know when the restaurant is open. Housekeeping does not to refill soap bottles in shower. Maintenance does not know how to prevent AC from going out.

My stay was good especially for the price during a Bengals home game in downtown Cincinnati. I'm not to sure but the hotel and my room was clean but appeared dated. All in all it was good and I would stay again for the right price. Oh the only thing that I was personally unhappy about was VIP parking was $ 42 dollars which I thought was absurd.

We stayed the night for a Cincinnati Reds game. Walk was short. We were right by Fountain Square where a band was playing. Plenty of places within walking distance. Pros (+) Very comfy beds, nice decor, great big tubs.
Cons (-) Took four tries to get us a room (broken AC, miscommunication, etc) but the staff was super nice about it.

Pros (+) The shower and tub were amazing!!!
Cons (-) The noise was very loud. You could hear the next room’s door shut and it would wake you up. Also the road outside our room it sounded like cars were racing and it was even louder and woke us up.

Cons (-) The current renovation has this hotel feeling very closed off and providing nothing in the way of ambiance for the cost and supposed quality of the hotel. Although it may be necessary and some warning was given, this did not feel like a high end hotel and price/value definitely did not reflect in the current downgrade of quality.
