Pros (+) Did mobile check-in, but room was not available. Desk staff was able to switch to another room that was ready.
Cons (-) Had to walk through cigarette smoke, with multiple employees smoking when going in and out of the hotel. They were right by the door. Coffee was out for extended period of time. Overall breakfast was nice.
