Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The noise at night from the bar area was loud. In the morning you could hear everything in the hall. The doors had gaps that let all the noise in. This is not a hotel to get a goods night sleep or sleep in.

The bed was fantastic and the setup of the room was very posh. It was small but the couch and desk specifically were placed in the corners away from the partition to give a larger sense of space.
I was driving 4+ hours to Greensboro, NC and I made it to the hotel earlier than the stated check-in time of 3 PM. I called the hotel and tried to get an early check-in (the parking lot was empty so I knew it wasn't packed) for 15 minutes I was repeatedly told that was simply against regulation and I would have to wait (outside in the empty parking lot) for two hours until check-in! I eventually got them to understand and they let me check-in. The cleaning ladies were simply throwing the dirty towels and linen on the hallway floors instead of putting them in carts. The AC unit was literally the loudest thing I have heard in my life (it was clanking louder than the TV) -'and I was forced to turn it off just to get some sleep. Their menu for drinks looked promising but it really meant: bud light etc. Also someone knocked on our door at 7 AM stating they were housekeeping.
Bathroom wasn't clean (other guests hair in the tub and on the shower walls).

Room had not been cleaned for three days! (Stayed for 8 nights) On the second night, the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 7:52 PM (yes, PM!) and asked if we needed our room cleaned. I was not dressed as I had just came out of the shower and I asked if she could give me a minute to throw on clothes and her EXACT response to me was, "I'm about to get off so I can't wait." I literally stood there in complete shock. She walked off and I hurried to put clothes on. I caught up to her in two minutes to ask for at least clean towels and she tossed them in my arms and after I said thank you, she didn't even respond. Rude front desk staff and cleaning staff! Asked for clean towels the 5th night and was told to come down and get them. When we showered the first night, we noticed that there was a stoppage in the tub causing it to flood so we had to limit our shower time until they came to fix it on our 3rd night of staying there. I thought I could stay here again when I come back in October for two weeks but NO. I will definitely never even consider it!
Would have been better if they hadn't tried to repeatedly charge my card. Paid upon checking in for 2 nights. Instantly $185.00 Then at 2am on my 2nd night tried to charge me another $200.00 before I ever even checked out. Then over the next few days tried to charge me another 3 times all different amounts. Will definitely not be staying there again. Feel as though they can't be trusted with my card info
Two night stay
Very clean room, nice complimentary breakfast offering, well priced food and cocktails at hotel bar, and friendly service. They also made sure we had a crib ready in our room for our infant prior to us arriving. Nice stay!

We chose this hotel for an extended weekend trip. The room was great as expected. The daily rate for the quality of the hotel was incredible. Free WiFi and a breakfast were a big plus. The front desk staff was exceptional. Dawn greeted me by name and made me feel welcome.
The fitness center was bare bones and a microwave in the room would be nice.
Check in was delayed, the room smelled like smoke and mildew covered up by a strong cleaner. The bathroom floor was sticky. I will never stay at this hotel again!
The room had a wonderful floor plan especially considering a several night stay. Breakfast was very nice as well and the coffee was great. Great linens, too.
The only drawback to this room was the unfortunate fact that the outside of the building was being repainted and plastic was over my window. I'm sure this was done as a privacy measure but to have no view of the outside was very unpleasant. I do realize this was a temporary situation but at no point was I told in advance of this or offered another room.
