Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to events, stores, and restaurants. Many found the breakfast enjoyable and appreciated the friendly staff. However, there were repeated complaints about maintenance issues in rooms, such as broken air conditioning, leaking faucets, and cleanliness concerns. Some guests also noted problems with the pool, noise levels, and unresponsive service. While the location and breakfast stood out positively, the hotel could improve on room upkeep and customer service responsiveness.AI-generated from customer reviews
