The floor in our room hadn't been swept, and there were food crumbs in corners, on the desk, and somehow, also in the bathroom. The staff person who checked us in looked annoyed that we were arriving late (never mind the winter storm we'd just spent 14 hours driving through); the staff person we gave our key to in the morning was also barely civil.
