Pros (+) Called ahead to make a reservation while traveling. Did it on line and everything was set when we arrived. The room was clean and the choice of a continental or hot breakfast was a nice touch.
Cons (-) We called the number on the website the first time before registering on line. The person on the reservation desk tried to slip in a $20 additional charge over the room rate. He spoke very fast when mentioning it and I think he hoped we would not catch it. He basically was jacking the price quoted $20 for using their reservation service.
