Spartan. Flat mattress on a wooden platform, microwave non-op, Tiny cadet toilet with a rocking seat. A/C made crackling noises. Entrance key reader didn’t work and deactivated the key card Annoying.

Cons (-) Bed was UNCOMFORTABLE. Walls are super thin and you can hear anyone talking as they walk through the hallway. Just felt dirty

Pros (+) Anna at the front desk was very accommodating, she recommended points of interest and restaurants...
Cons (-) Hallways and elevator seemed dirty and unkept. Pool was closed for inspection with no mention on website when booking. Most of the vending machines were out of order and wifi was very difficult to use.

Cons (-) The motel had no hot water for 3 days. The motel staff were not upfront of the hot water problem. Each day we were informed that the hot water was only to be unavailable between 10am - 3pm.

Pros (+) The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The bed was acceptable and the laminate floor was clean. Much preferable than a hard to clean carpet.
Cons (-) The motel had been remodeled to a modern theme. The sink was of poor design and the water splashed all over the counter and floor. You could only use it at a super low volume (dribble). When we informed them the bathroom fan did not operate, they said in the remodeling that they were not connected? Taking a shower created a steam bath. There was not enough towels for 2 people and one bar of soap, ...
