The location I was given to pick up the car was closed, and had been for months. The next closest Hertz did not have any cars available. I had to go to another car rental company entirely. I don't know how the system allowed me to make a reservation here. I had to spend an hour on the phone afterward to be sure I got a refund for the whole ordeal.8,8 Very Good

I like that they are open until 7pm because a lot of people get off from work at 6pm. In most other places closes at 6, but the location at kettle Road in South San Jose was the only one that was open till 7 and It gave me enough time to get there on time.Cons:

The Watsonville enterprise office cancelled our rental 2 hours before we were supposed to have picked it up. Their office gave no alternatives, despite the fact that we had the vehicle reserved for 3 weeks ahead of time.Cons:
I had to do the work of tracking down a replacement vehicle at the last minute. Al, who works at the enterprise on Ocean St. in Watsonville, did an amazing job to help us. He stayed past closing time to get us a vehicle in time.8,4 Very Good

Enterprise allowed me to rent the car online. The employees had to call and inform me that they didn’t have any cars. To their credit, they did this right away and I appreciate that. The Enterprise company should not be advertising cars they don’t have.9,6 Wonderful
