Pros:Nothing.Cons:The location I was given to pick up the car was closed, and had been for months. The next closest Hertz did not have any cars available. I had to go to another car rental company entirely. I don't know how the system allowed me to make a reservation here. I had to spend an hour on the phone afterward to be sure I got a refund for the whole ordeal.Reviewed Feb 24 2021

Pros:I like that they are open until 7pm because a lot of people get off from work at 6pm. In most other places closes at 6, but the location at kettle Road in South San Jose was the only one that was open till 7 and It gave me enough time to get there on time.Cons:To Have more car optionsReviewed Jul 2 2019

Cons:I didn't like that in spite of telling them I didn't pre-pay and I didn't want to pre-pay my gas, they did it anyway. So I ended up paying 40 extra dollars. Won't rent from Hertz again.Reviewed Dec 20 2018

Pros:Ease and speed of getting the car and returning it. no hassle there.Cons:Not worth the value. Turo and similar apps are renting cars without all the fees. The same car I can get for $40 daily. I don't care who gets my business but I'm shopping for the best price and value. This was too expensive for what it was.Reviewed Nov 5 2018
