Pros: Breakfast was great! The Liguri pasteries are goregeous! The size of the room was perfect for our family trip. The bathroom was also spacious and included enough room for all the cosmetics to fly around without bothering us really! It was also obvious that the ladies did a great job with the cleaning. It looked impecable every day we were there for 4 days. I loved the heart of the hotel which is the highlight of the place. Beautiful red carpet stairs in an ''accordeon''!

Cons: Took 30 minutes to do the check in and the staff was nog very apologetic The room wasn't very clean. One ofvthe towel in the bathroom was dirty from the previous guest and the floor in the bedroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Also the furnitures look a bit run down

Cons: First of all there were almost no measures to prevent the spread of covid19, one day I was in a different hotel in Udine and there everything was perfect on this matter. In this hotel they just put some antibacterial liquid arround and the remote of the tv in plastic. The AC was not working so it was very hot during the night and could not sleep, called the reception and they give me a standard answer, which I didn't buy.... basically saving money on guests comfort. Also the breakfeast chices were very poor, mostly based for Italian nationals not for international guest, I had the breakfeast included and was no option of any type of eggs or bacon or nything similar just basic things and then you have the option to pay for a la carte. All the accessories in the hotel are very old and they need repairs or upgrades.

Cons: - It was not possible to rent an iron at the reception (only external laundry service which is not possible short term in the morning) - Single room had only a single bed (I prefer usually double beds or at least a little bigger single bed)

Cons: The food in the room service wasn't to the high standard I expected. I suspect you'll get a better experience going to eat out or down in the restaurant. The receptionist resolved the small issues I had when I explained the above. So left feeling happy and listened to - the staff want to make your stay a lovely experience. Thank you.

Cons: The elevator was kind of a handful and small. However it got a certain kind of charm to it. The breakfast room was kind of boring and not so good breakfast. The dinner restaurant was really sad and the staff were kind of lost and didn´t seem to care about the guests.

Cons: Bicycle racing groups took over the hotel & other guests took second place, particularly in restaurant for dinner & breakfast (no other nice restaurants nearby). Neighborhood was a bit questionable (felt a bit uncomfortable walking, even during the daytime) Altho close to the waterfront, the waterfront is all industrial etc. Otherwise, the hotel itself was just fine.

Cons: The room we were given was very small and we had requested an extra bed and there was no way to put one it. So they gave us a bigger room but the window was blocked by a screen from the outside which i guess was put there to obstruct the view of a building and the a/c unit. I think as long as you don't get that room, you'll be fine but the normal double room is quite small.

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. I only stayed at the Bentley for one night but it was a great stay.

Pros: The head waiter was very helpful in pointing some interesting place to visit around the area.rooms were acoustically well insulated.mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Signage were not clear for those driving.
