A very well run hotel with attractive very comfortable rooms, impeccably clean and everything one could need, well stocked minibar, tea and coffee making facilities , always appreciated. A really very good restaurant with different and excellent dishes. The breakfast was a wonderful spread...the staff very pleasant ....and to top all that it was perfectly located on the riverfront..to be recommended.

Pros: Loved the room with river view and arched windows that opened to let in fresh air. More spacious than many hotel rooms, it had a small table and chairs and plenty of storage space. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! So many choices from eggs to yogurt to fruit to pastries to cheese and bread... can’t remember everything. It was a short and very pleasant walk along the water to Long Street. We could see the famous crane from our room. Ask for room 102!

Cons: The room was so fresh except for a bad smell that emanated from the toilet even though we kept the lid closed. Would have liked an extra blanket and some wash cloths. Minor - we really loved the hotel. That’s saying a lot as we are picky after having traveled so much in recent years.

Only there for one night and it was perfect with reserved parking right in front of the hotel.Very nice comfortable room with coffee making in the room and very good breakfast and very nice helpful staff. Only had time for a hurried visit to the WW2 Museum nearby which is astonishing and for us demands a further visit in the future and if you're catching the ferry to Sweden then it is is well placed for the 20 min drive to get there.

Cons: The weekend we landed there, there were several parties hosted (a wedding and some anniversary). You couldn't hear much noise once in the room but for some people looking for a more peacful place it could be challenging. I find the price a little bit too elevated as for a polish hotel after the summer season, even though it's the seaside area. The bed was a bit too narrow for a couple. We could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. Fortunatelly we didn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms so probably it's a matter of doors insulation.

Cons: I’ve received room which shouldnt be in use in the manager on duty opinion.The worst experience ever. Small fridge stopped working properly in the middle of the night and the gas from the fridge got out. I had to get out from the room because we couldnt breath with two small kids. The day before I’ve informed team leader in the reception about the problems with the fridge. I told her that the fridge in hot inside but she didnt do anything with that. Really dissapointed of 4* hotel.

Cons: The stuff wasn't nice. Arrived there about one hour before the check in. it wasn't allowed to stay there at the reception and also not allowed to use the wifi before the check in. At least i could leave my luggage there. The stuff also seemed to be really stressed. First he was unfriendly, but when i checked in he at least gave me some recommondations and was a bit nicer. The bathrooms weren't that clean. Its really noisy outside the hostel so in summer you better not let the windows open, because it gets really loud.

Cons: Very dirty - floor in private room was gritty and the bathrooms were very small so they were constantly wet and dirty. There was also a very bad smell emanating from the bathrooms; I had seen this in other reviews and thought people just had unreasonably high expectations for shared bathrooms, but these were pretty bad. Considering the high price of this hostel, it was not a good value.

Cons: A guy in reception, need to be more polite, it looks like you are owning him something. They dont respond by email if you ask for example for parking. They dont have parking you are using city parking for wich you have to pay, no word about this in booking. Internet is slow sometimes not working. Key cards stopped working two times. You have to pay city tax, but when i was looking at booking, they are saying all taxes included. No ventilation in rooms, bathroom smells strange.

Cons: It was a strange smell, it smell as glue or some simular. The smell come from the stair outside my room. First evening I also could smell it just inside door of my room. But next day the smell was not so strong, And I could not smell it inside the room.
