Pros: Great place. Close to public transport stop, so very easy to access city center or Sopot/Gdynia by public transport. Food shops/restaurants very close by apartaments. Free parking. Great place for if you like walking, because some parks/forests are nearby. Very helpful host.

Pros: Hotel is in perfect location just minutes from the airport. Room was very modern and spacious with super comfy bed. Staff at reception was helpful and kind (they even offered us upgrade to bigger room).

Pros: Staff very helpful and professional, nothing was to much trouble to help you. Room was clean and very modern. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Location of the hotel is a short Taxi ride from the Airport and also a large shopping mall that has everything available. Taxi costs less than £4 from Airport or to the Shopping mall from the hotel. I booked my Taxi for my pick up prior to arrival with the hotel and was met by a taxi driver with name board at the gate. The main city centre is approximately 20-25 minute drive and costs around £12 - £15. I was able to leave my luggage securely in the hotel after my check out for the rest of the day so I could go to the city centre until I needed to return to the airport for my return flight.

Cons: Due to the flight times from Gatwick you don't actually check in to the hotel until after 2am so you are paying full price for only using the hotel for a small amount of time.

Cons: On arrival I was informed that a coffee and buffet with some cookies will be available before 6am. When I turned up downstairs there was nothing. Receptionist informed me that I can make a coffee in the breakfast area, however when I came there to one of the morning staff( I believe eastern European lady) literally kicked me out! Very poor customer service, wrong attitude and rude tone!

Pros: As always my stay in this hotel was great and relaxing experience. Love the shower with good quality showerhead. The bed is very comfy and the room has quite good soundproofing. Food served in the restaurant is tasty as well as the breakfasts buffet. This time extra bonus for the lovely and funny waitress during our dinner.

Pros: The location. It was close to Sopot, Gdańsk, and Kashubia. They also let me do laundry at their property which was very nice of them because I had been traveling for a few weeks already. Easy excess to motorway. Free parking.

Cons: Not easily accessible on foot, about a 20 minute walk from the airport on a gravel road , would not have been able to find it once dark. the room was extremely hot , no air conditioning. in the booking it stated breakfast would be included , other then cereal and bread , no other items at all, the leftovers of a pint of milk in the communal fridge to make a cup of tea . On a more serious note, either another guest or cleaner accessed the room as my husband came out the shower ( I thought we had our own personal security number to access the room..??) .

Pros: Very convenient. About five minutes from airport by taxi. Due to our flight schedule, we arrived very late and left very early, so did not interact with staff at all. All communication was done before our arrival. Sleepinn was prompt and all instructions were clear. We had no problems with entering the hotel or our room upon our late arrival. Thank you Sleepinn!

Cons: Sleepinn recommends taking Neptune Taxi for 20 zloty, which we did when we arrived. However, we discovered when we departed that Uber will take you for half the price. We only paid 10 zloty for our cab ride back to the airport. Even by the meter on the Neptune taxi it should have only been 17 zloty. Seems they have a bit of a scam going for unsuspecting, unknowledgeable travelers. Neptune company is convenient (parked right outside the airport) but if you have the Uber app, the most you will wait for a car is 3-5 minutes, and you’ll pay half the price. Just FYI...

Pros: It’s decent for a single night before a flight and great price point for this. Take Uber to and from airport for 10pln - don’t think about walking if it’s raining the road is covered in mud near the hotel. Vending machine for some snacks and a free coffee machine.

Cons: Pictures showed and old stately home in reality we were allocated into the converted stable block. No restaurant though we were advised of this, no bar, no nice room, all we can say is it was cheap for one night - DO NOT be fooled by the pretty pictures. We also asked for a double ( I will not book a room if not a double), we GOT 2 shabby, bowing in the middle, singles. BUT it is cheap, you pay for what you get.

Pros: Big room and toilet. Lovely lobby and building. The hotel helped contact a taxi service to pick us up from the airport after midnight. We did not have Zloty money but the taxi driver accepted our payment by credit card. The hotel staff replied my email quickly and always in a positive way. There was a small fridge with free drinking water provided in our bedroom. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was value for money to stay here.

Cons: Our room was not as beautiful as shown on the website but it was quite big. There was no garbage can in the bedroom (only in the bathroom). The room had no air-conditioner so we needed to leave windows open at night. We felt not secured as the surrounding area of the hotel had no homes and any other buildings.

Pros: Nice spacious room with clean and well functional private shower room. I also prefer the idea of pin code door lock to keys. The location is in the laid-back town of Oliwa. The property is pretty much in between Sopot and Gdansk central. The public transport to either of those locations is very sufficient.

Pros: The hotel rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Olivia Hotel is located quite loud location but inside the hotel and rooms it was nice and quite. The University of Gdansk is just across the street so if you have some graduate studies it is great place to stay. In regards to breakfast, I have to say that I was impressed. For the price the choices of things to eat was very good. Boiled eggs were cut in half and served with different dressings, you could have smoked chicken breast.

Cons: Maybe a good idea would be to have a coffee/tea set in the rooms. Honestly that would all what I can think of what I did not like.

Pros: free and plenty of parking. staff are very friendly, English is not strong but they'll do everything to make themselves understood. they let me keep car in parking for free for hours after checkout.

Cons: the place is run down, ground floor rooms are basically indoor cabins overlooking an ice hockey ring, which makes the place feel like you're in a fridge. and when there is no way to turn on heating in September..... you wonder what the point of the whole thing is. did I mention there is also no view (from the ground floor rooms)?

Cons: noise, cold room, heating turned off, ground floor rooms have no view outside, only to an ice ring indoors.... which is dark, loud and cold. just like a meat locker.

Pros: For people who like ice skating and hockey for 12 hours a day, it's a great place.
