Pros: very accomodating considering we ended up stranded there when Poland closed it's borders due to the Covid 19 pandemic. They had the restaurant remain open for guests only so we had somewhere for meals. Staff were very helpful in trying to assist us in arranging how we would get to Germany to fly back to Ireland. They always did their best in a very dynamic and ever changing situation.

Pros: The room was extremely comfortable, modern, and clean. All members of the hotel staff were very helpful, professional, and responsive. This location made it very easy to get around Old Town while still being able to rest and relax whenever we wanted

Cons: We booked standard sweet room for my family, 4 persons. But actually this Room is for only 2 persons, no sofabed and no preparation of towels and sheets. It was impossible for 4 persons to sleep. If so, you should not have received the reservation.

Cons: When I got to my room, I found a very Soft and thin pillow which it was impossible to sleep on. There was no tissue paper in the room. The room looked different from the online reserved room. I went to the reception to ask for different kind of pillows, they said that they dont have. I told them it is impossible to sleep on such a pillow. I was shocked to find such a kind of pillows in the room. The people at the reception proposed to give me a robe to put it under the pillow so that it will be thicker instead of proposing to give me extra pillows. I really could not believe such a proposal from the reception staff, it is so primitive. I argued with them to give me extra pillows so that I can sleep but they said that it is unavailable while the hotel was almost empty. It was on May 26th at 8 p.m. there were two persons at the reception who did not know how to deal with the customers and they are the wrong people at this place. They are not well trained or well supervised. While I was arguing with them that I will leave the hotel and make a claim if I dont get an extra pillows then the manager interfered and said that it is possible to give me extra pillows and he personally brought to the room with an apology about the situation.
