Pros: Can't beat the location. I really liked everything about the hotel to be honest. Ate dinner at the hotel all three nights, breakfast as well, ordered room service which was super fast and really enjoyed the spa they have. Also they have all sorts of complementary classes throughout the week, such as a cocktail making class!

Pros: The hotel is in an amazing location right next to the old town and by the river. I especially liked the Roof top bar which overlooked the marina with spectacular views of evening when it's time to unwind. The staff are very accommodating, I ordered some Amazon parcels to the hotel three weeks before I arrived and they held them safely for me until I arrived... I found that to be a very nice touch.

Pros: From the beginning of the stay to the end, we had a great experience. The hotel is extremely trendy, the staff are wonderful, the rooms were just the right size and the location was fantastic. They were extremely helpful with directions to places, and the free coffee machine was an extra bonus! I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Gdańsk, I wouldn’t even question staying anywhere else. Even when the air conditioning wasn’t working, the receptionists tried to fix it straight away and to compensate for our only ‘slight’ problem they gave us a free taxi to the airport. The hotel absolutely made the holiday! :)

Cons: Terrible mattress, you can feel every movement of your partner.. Breakfast was definitely not impressive, we had better in 4 stars hotels. Food choices like sausages or scrambled eggs were always barely lukewarm. Breakfast room is not big enough to accomodate all guests and there are warning boards everywhere informing that the best time to eat your weekend breakfast is between 6:00 and 8:00... Shower has a low water pressure, there are no q-tips or cotton pads in the bathroom. On friday evening there was a smell of cigarette's smoke reaching 1st floor. Very poor room service, low quality burger, barely any other choice at all.
