Pros (+) modern décor of lobby breakfast was fair
Cons (-) Entire hall and my room smells of smoke despite all being non-smoking room. No towels at pool. Air conditioning blows right onto bed. Sheets were stained.

Cons (-) First statement:" we don't have your Ls room, would you take a room with two queens, no hot water, smell of smoke throughout, no elevator, we are seniors, they gave us a room on third floor, will NEVER stay there EVER again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We left in the middle of the night and had to go through the incredibly stressful process of disinfection for the bugs - new clothes, alcohol swabs, throwing away what we could and wrapping the rest n airtight plastic...
