Hampton Inn Charlotte-Gastonia

It was very clean, staff was nice. I always pick Hampton Inn to stay when I go away.

That there was no microwave in the room, the ice machine on my floor (4) didn’t work and when I told the staff they inform me that it was not working for a long time. I had to go downstairs to the desk to heat up my food, that was very aggravating. Plus I don’t know if the microwave was clean they had to touch my food very uncomfortable and that alone would make me stay elsewhere.

I loved how comfortable the bed was and I liked the shower . Loved the lights on the side of bed because I could plug my charging port into it and it made it more accessible for me .

My curtain in my room would not come down all the way so if someone tried to looked thru my window because we were on the first floor, they would have been able to. The employee at the front desk was not much help, because she said it would come down but it did not and we were not gonna keep trying Incase it broke and it would of been our fault . She didn’t offer to help or have someone come look so it stayed that way. I had to put chairs and a jacket up so I have more privacy.
