There were ongoing renovations at the hotel which was making some noise but the staff had given us a heads up which was OK. However the air conditioning was not working and we had to ask for a fan on a number of occasions. We also had to ask for everything to be sent for 3 people as there were 3 of us staying in the room, every day. Otherwise the location is incredible.

Wonderful stay; great location for the center of Galway. Please note that the hotel was undergoing construction so it did create some noise, including in the morning.

Pros (+) The front desk staff were very helpful. We arrived later than we had planned and were concerned about being on time for a scheduled concert. We were checked in quickly and given easy directions for where we needed to be.
