Cons: Front desk evening staff. No outdoor pool.
Pros: The area is close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, easy access to the turnpike.
Cons: There was one staff member that was very snotty and had an attitude the whole time we were there. The pool area was clean but the pool was obviously over chlorinated. Couldn't get the smell out of our skin after showering it was still there.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, the staff was great, especially Martha who always was aware of wants and needs.
Cons: Noise during the night was awful. The toilet is way too loud and awakened us at each use. The A.C. was also a very loud, bothersome utility. Sleeping was just not comfortable.
Pros: The staff, breakfast and house staff as well. The front desk staff was excellent as well. The hotel is very cleaned and well maintained. I will definitely be back.
Pros: Location great. Facility very clean. Friendly staff.

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Did not care for the food at the restaurant.
Pros: The Hotel was clean and in good shape, the staff was friendly.
Pros: The shuttle that took us to the wedding and the location of the hotel to the wedding reception
Cons: I would request that breakfast be included with the price of the room, as it was in the Philly Hilton.
Pros: Staff = wonderful
Cons: Traffic on that corner is tough. Parking lot access difficult.

Pros: large comfortable room
Cons: fitness room could have been better
Pros: Convenient location and very helpful staff
Pros: I liked the layout of the room and the breakfast had good options
Cons: The pool room needed some upgrading and the building in general needed some basic maintenance.
Pros: Mary at the front desk was excellent.
Cons: was a hair in the sink and tub. it happens but its still gross.
Pros: Close to Valley Forge!! Close to a Dunkin Donuts!!
Cons: The room cleanliness was bad. Found a vile full of Marijuana under my mattress and dust and dirt under the other. Obviously they dont change the sheets too often or they would if found these items..
Pros: Everything was very nice - clean, quiet, spacious, and hot breakfast was great!
Cons: Toilet paper roll was set under instead of over as it should be.
Pros: Location, size of room
Cons: Found the bed to be uncomfortable
Pros: The oool
Cons: The price
Cons: Location to a main route of travel. Truck traffic noise.
Pros: The location was great, breakfast had a good selection, and our second room was nice and comfortable.
Cons: Aside from the day staff on Friday, the staff were very rude and seemed irritated to be there. Our first room smelled so we were kindly moved, but our second room’s bed looked like it had not been made. The pool was abysmal- gross looking, weird foam in the “hot” (really lukewarm) tub, the flooring and walls were cracked and deteriorated, and the windows were broken. There were many factors that, when accumulated, made our stay frustrating and unfortunately, not relaxing. When we shared our frustrations, nothing was attempted to remedy them except an quick apology (aside from moving our first room due to the smell); I suppose at least that is something. Overall, quite disappointed with our stay.
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Crisp bacon
Pros: Liked the desk and desk chair, the Wifi was good. Everything great!
Cons: Thin walls- the person above made loud footsteps. Could feel the vibration:/

Pros: This hotel has obviously been recently updated & was definitely the most modern hotel room we've ever stayed in. Everything was extremely clean & we loved the sleek, modern touches (like the USB plugs & LED lights). Breakfast was hot & FRESH - so good!
Cons: As much as we loved the hotel, the staff was a little lack-luster. Our daughter's stuffed animal tore & when we asked if we could get a sewing kit, the front desk staff just shrugged & acted like they didn't know what that was.
Pros: nice location, very clean, bed was super-comfortable, hot breakfast. Was upgraded to King room and loved it.
Cons: Water did not get hot enough in the shower. Hotel was full of kids and parents for some kind of sports tournament (no problem with this) but parents after tournament were drinking alcohol in the lobby; could barely get to our room and staff did nothing.
Pros: good exercise room, clean hotel, good rooms, good housekeeping, location is great
Cons: I've stayed a few times at this hotel and hot water has been out a couple times. There is a side door to an outdoor pool/lounge area. If you go outside, you can't get back in and have to walk around to the front of the building.
Cons: Windows no dark out covering
Cons: There is no light at mirror/sink—also one electric receptacle there does not work. The bathroom door (for a handicap room) does not close—doesn’t fit. It didn’t meet expections of a $184/night hotel room!
Cons: Breakfast was ridiculous. No a lot of choice and quality not good - the turkey was dry as dust.
Pros: Everything is always great when we go
Cons: Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was awesome!!!!! I would definitely stay again.
Pros: Awesome breakfast, clean rooms and everyone was so accommodating! Pool area was very clean and they cleaned it first thing in the morning. Will be returning!
Cons: You can hear the ding from the elevators and ice machine with the rooms closer to the elevators.
Pros: The location is convenient and the breakfast is good.
Cons: The keys are very difficult to use. There were some maintenance issues in the room that had to be fixed.
Pros: Clean rooms, great staff and convenient location.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room.
Cons: Laundry not working, and no one able to help.

Pros: The breakfast was great, the internet was fast, and the room was spacious.
Cons: I did not appreciate that check in was past 3pm, they could not locate their housekeeper and we had to wait with another guest in the lobby. The hotel room had dirty sheets in the pullout bed with dirty socks and the remote for the television hidden in the bed. There was garbage tucked under the bed areas and rings in the bathtub. A few lights did not work and there was water on the kitchen floor that we had to wipe up.
Pros: Nothing - when I checked out hotel charged me for room. Spent two hours dealing with double payment.
Cons: When I checked out hotel charged me for room. Spent two hours dealing with double payment. Issue was resolved after I left hotel. This hotel charges $10 a day for parking! Do not stay here! Horrible customer service and double charged me on my room.
Pros: Room layout
Pros: Sapcious room and great location.
Cons: Pillows are not comfortable and too soft. I woke up with a headache because of this factor. I would recommend for anyone staying here to bring their own pillows.
Pros: it was good , no gluten free breads - but it was good
Cons: the coffee was cold everyday after 4 pm. The room was dirty and dusty . We asked that it be cleaned and our request was ignored . The room key would not work on day 3 we had to turn it in . The cleaning service came in and left our door unlocked the entire day . ! The cleaning staff took our soap and shampoo we were using and did not replace it -
Pros: Room size, friendly staff, multiple entrances. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores.
Cons: Quiet room had lot of noise from upper floor. Sound proofing can improve.
Pros: Food was fine for a quick breakfast. Front desk & night manager were staff were very helpful to correct poor housekeeping problems.
Cons: Housekeeping was terrible. Sheets not changed regularly,. Sheet was dirty/stained one day which we took off immediately. They didn't refill TP, Kleenex, etc...towels all the time. Gave us one towel one day. One day(Sunday) did not clean room at all and no staff to make up room .We had to strip bed and make bed, get towels etc.. They never vacuumed room during our stay that we could tell. All was reported to front desk and on site manager as they occurred. However housekeeping service never got better.
Pros: We were rescuing a horse and told them that. They took us in at 5 am, made sure we had breakfast, coffee and snacks and helped us on our way.
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Filthy hotel with severely stained floors, fire detectors hanging by wire from ceiling, damaged furnishings and poor lighting.
Cons: Service. I waited 20 minutes just to check in because there was only one person working the front desk and she was in another location helping an engaged couple look at rooms for their wedding.
Pros: Everything was good besides paying for parking
Cons: Paying for parking
With a stay at Extended Stay America Philadelphia - Exton in Exton, you'll be steps from Brandywine Valley and a 4-minute drive from Exton Square Mall. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we had stayed more than overnight, we would have appreciated even more that the room had a stove, larger refrigerator, microwave, sink, cupboards, and upon request, dishes and even recipes.
Cons: The continental breakfast set-up didn’t have bowls or milk for the instant oatmeal, and this was the only choice other than snack bars and packaged muffins. Having half ‘n half for the coffee wold have been nice. Breakfast was sufficient to send us on our way.
Pros: The hotel proved to be a huge disappointment. The first room that I checked in had a broken air conditioner. So I had to change rooms. The next morning in the second room I was awakened by some type of brown bug crawling on me! No compensation!!!!!
Cons: My former section lists WHAT I DID NOT LIKE!!!!
Pros: Most of the staff was great. Some made it bad for others.
Cons: Very unorganized. Wouldn't clean rooms when they said. Didn't update effectively. Inconsistent. When rooms where cleaned, they were half done. Complaints went on deaf ears.
Pros: Helpful friendly staff
Pros: Clean room, had refrigerator, microwave, and stove top. However, didn't use them.
Cons: Not a good place if you are not staying for an extended stay. Extra fee for maid service and for arriving early. Most times when I went to the front desk there was no one there. The breakfast was very limited. People talking outside late at night or early in the morning could be heard in our room. Wifi was poor unless you paid extra for high speed.
Cons: Room was no cleaned dirty towels left in room, dirty used soaps left in shower
Cons: The hotel smelled horrible of smoke. The room was so filthy that we had to leave. The sheets were dirty , bathtub was filthy. And the room had a foul odor. When you came off the elevator that was also dirty there were boxes of appliances and trash.
Cons: Finding other people's hair inside shower and even more hair on towels! The toilet seat needs to be replaced as it is stained and looks disgusting. The blinds/curtains rods were sticky. The room had a strong scent of "grandpa's" shaving cream...very overwhelming.
Pros: I liked that it had a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and that it almost had the feel of a small efficiency apartment, and the customer service there was awesome!
Cons: I very much didn't like that there is no way to make a left turn to travel south on RT 100 when exiting the hotel parking lot.
Pros: Staff was helpful
Pros: The staff Assoctates were very professional, courteous. and responsive to any and all concerns!
Cons: A fitness center would enhance the experience!
Pros: The staff was extremely nice! Got us what ever we needed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a ace to stay. Thank you for outstanding service. The manager was very nice and helpful for us!
Cons: No. Everything was great!
