Cons (-) I had an emergency and had to leave around 3am, I came back the afternoon to get my deposit back and the front desk said you have to get your deposit when you leave. So now I have to make another trip there and talk with the “manager” to get my deposit back! This is ridiculous. Will NEVER stay at another Super 8

Pros (+) I forgot to bring the charger for my laptop, and the staff lent me a charger for the duration of my stay!
