Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful or rude service, and major issues with the elevators, which were often out of order and made access difficult for those with mobility issues. The breakfast was also commonly criticized for its lack of quality and variety. Some guests mentioned the location as a positive, but overall, the negative aspects far outweighed any positives mentioned in the reviews.
