Pros (+) Close to the beach and activities.
Cons (-) Close to the highway which was noisy at times. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The building is wood framed and the floors quite squeaky so we were not able to get much sleep due to the person above us pacing around the room, even running at times. They finally tired out around 11:30 at night and woke us up with more manic pacing at 06:30 the next morning. They continued until check out time. Maybe...
