The beds were comfortable. The room was really small, which wasn't too bad since we didn't spend too much time in it. However the room we got (138) didn't have a window that opened. Only small rectangular windows along the top closer to the ceiling. With no air flow the room got really stuffy at night with the 4 of us. We loved how close the walk to Glass Beach is.

Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) I called prior to my stay and reviewed the details of the room and let them know I’d be there with my wife and service dog. Joe told me they didn’t allow animals and I again reiterated that it was a service dog. He said, “that doesn’t matter. I’m cancelling your reservation.” I was dumbfounded. It’s a federal ada violation, and he was so flippant.
