It was up to the usual high standard we expect from IHG. It was easy to find and check in. Helpful staff suggested local places to eat. Very happy.

Pros (+) breakfast was great. heated pool and hot tub were very nice. everyone was super friendly.

Pros (+) This was an older hotel remodeled. However rooms felt dirty, especially the carpets. We were traveling with small children called in and explained the situation and arranged for the two rooms we reserved to be adjoining. We explained we would be arriving late and that we had small children we absolutely needed adjoining rooms at 1:00 pm that day the front desk person said they had it arranged. We ...

Cons (-) The carpet in the halls and room needed cleaning. On New Years day they ran out of everything at breakfast and MANY families had to WAIT 20 minutes for all hot food. Who forgot to check occupancy to plan?
