Pros (+) Location to the University and downtown area is excellent. Room was clean with plenty of space. Owners/operators were very nice and easy to work with.

Cons (-) Stained carpet, one of the staff was a little rude when filling out paperwork. Beds were pretty hard, had issues sleeping. Next time I will swallow the extra costs at a better place
