Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful. If they did nor know the answer to an inquiry, they asked other members for the answer. The hotel cost was very reasonable.

Pros (+) Right next to all your favorites: Chick-fil-e, Raisin Cain’s, Starbucks, Smash Burger, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Wal Mart, Target, etc. But still close enough to the Grand Canyon! That’s the best part.

Pros (+) The hotel is located perfectly for any activity associated with the NAU campus. The included breakfast and complimentary drinks make it a really affordable hotel for the area.
Cons (-) The room was decently kept but the shower would clog up after running the water for a short period of time. The pull-out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and was not even an option to sleep on. The mattress provided little to no padding. The beds were actually much smaller than a normal hotel room and they were equipped with very uncomfortable pillows.
