Pros (+) Friendly staff. Good places to eat around the hotel.
Cons (-) Room was too small for 4. Shower was low flow and bathroom was poorly lit.

Pros (+) The room was really nice stayed in a king suite. Bed were super comfy, close to a mall and many food places. Breakfast complimentary was delicious! Our experience was a good one we would definitely look into staying here again. Our room was super clean, the girls working up front were very friendly.
Cons (-) First room we were put in the toilet was malfunctioning, which they had it fix while we were touring out in Seattle. After one flush it was clog again. They end up moving us to another room. Overall our stay was a good one.

Pros (+) We had the option to stay on the 4th floor for no additional price. We had tall Vaulted ceiling's which made it feel much more roomier and comfortable. The location was awesome for both Seattle and Tacoma. Nice and clean too.
Cons (-) For the price and location I don't think you can really have any complaints. It was as advertised which is rare with hotels. At first getting to the hotel was a little confusing.
