Cons (-) Arrived at the hotel on time at 2 am and learned they had given our room away. The plan was to spend time with family at the hotel before my sisters funeral the next day. We were told, that if a card holder...regular customer needs a room the hotel will bump someone who was reservations. And there were no rooms in the area.
