Pros (+) The room was modern and clean. Breakfast selection was good. The price was reasonable.
Cons (-) Breakfast room way too small and crowded with tables. Desk clerk on check-in was slow and kept leaving the desk to take care of other things. Check-in took about 45 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me. This hotel is very hard to find in the dark. It looks like you are getting back on I-49 instead of going to the hotel.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpfull the rooms were clean and smelled clean.
Cons (-) Who would build a three floor hotel and not install elevators. The ice machine on the third floor didnt work. There was no ice machine on the second floor. You had to walk down three flights of stairs to fill your ice bucket. There is no one on housekeeping after day shift so dont ask for extra towells or pillows unless you want to brave the stairs again. The hall on the third floor got all the he...
