Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which was mentioned as a positive aspect in several reviews. However, the majority of feedback was negative, with recurring complaints about cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast quality, and unsatisfactory service. Issues such as rude staff, lack of cleanliness, maintenance problems, and misleading amenities were frequently cited. While a few guests found the hotel acceptable for the price or praised specific staff members, most reviews reflected disappointment and would not recommend the property.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The room was modern and clean. Breakfast selection was good. The price was reasonable.
Cons (-) Breakfast room way too small and crowded with tables. Desk clerk on check-in was slow and kept leaving the desk to take care of other things. Check-in took about 45 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me. This hotel is very hard to find in the dark. It looks like you are getting back on I-49 instead of going to the hotel.
