Pros: Convenient to get to campus, enjoyed the breakfast and social hours in evening. Staff was so nice and accommodating!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great for my purposes being at the university. The room was decorated beautifully and very functional. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: No, my only negative was the road from the university to the hotel that was the most direct route was closed due to construction, so I had to detour quite a bit, but thats not the hotels fault.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for anything at the U of A! Lots of room to spread out, with a totally separate living area so that the early risers can motivate without disturbing the late sleepers in the family.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the coffee in the room. Easy enough to pick up some quality coffee and brew instead:)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were beyond amazing and well equipped. The bed was perfect! Only had a couple hours of sleep, but the bed made it feel like I slept for a full eight hours or longer.
Cons: Nothing really. My tv didn’t work, but I wasn’t interested in watching tv anyway.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: This Hotel is 4.5 star which it should be 5.0. EXCELLENT service, staff, and room. thank you !!!! we will book again and again
Cons: breakfast...... need more meat selection and the waffle need to be more favorful
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is very good and they also serve a light dinner at the end of the day accompanied by wine. Nothing fancy, but one can have all meals included in the daily rate, which makes it a bargain. Room is very spacious and includes a light kitchen quite well equipped - I ended up not using it at all...
Cons: Room was very clean when we arrived, but after 7 days, really needed some cleaning. Police is to clean only for stays longer than 7 days. They do change towels every day and rearrange (not make) the bed.

Pros: The location was perfect. Literally 100 yards from where my name was etched in the sidewalk as an Arkansas graduate. Bed and bedding was VERY comfortable. Remarkable building seeing how its over 100 years old. Loved the history of the building in photo's in the 1st floor hall.
Cons: The room did not have enough overhead lighting. One window had no covering which meant early morning light lit the room very early. You will grow old waiting to use the elevator.

Cons: Can't think of anything. Oh, maybe the pool being indoors, however, I'm sure it is indoors because of location. Just never a fan of indoor pools.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Close to work
Cons: Housekeeping did not clean my room the whole 3 days i was there. I had to go to front desk after work and ask for linens. And for the trash to be taken out.for ----a night i was expecting better service.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was terrible, the worst was the eggs - funny taste, undercooked? Spices? The fresh fruit was terrible; fresh fruit was obviously old and past its expiration date. The tub in room would not drain fast enough so while showering the tub would fill up with shower water - gross. The mini fridge wasn't cold enough and trying to adjust temperature was useless since the temp knob wasn't working. Wanna call the front desk?? Had to dial desk multiple times in order to talk to someone. Called 4 times only to get answering machine. Finally got a staff member during 5th phone call. Tried to go downstairs to complain about mini fridge and tub but there was no one at front desk. Waited over 5 minutes then gave up (I have better things to do than wait around for someone. Btw I was not the only person that went up to desk and gave up after a few minutes). There was no call bell or other phone number to call especially since Front desk phone wasn't being answered in a timely manner in the first place. The only good thing was when I initially called (5 times total) to tell front desk lady that mini fridge was not cold and there was water under it and on carpet. She quickly gave us a new room. She apologized and was nice about it but new room had all the above issues.
Cons: See above review.

Pros: I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Fayetteville. It all started with SYLVESTER BOYD, what a pleasant young man!! I had traveled ALL night, had been up for two days and needed an early check in, arriving in town somewhere around 11:00 am. I stopped at Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn and the NEW Hilton Garden Inn. All turned me away at the door saying that I would have to pay for a second night. I called Comfort Inn and spoke to Sylvester, I did not go into detail about why I needed an early check in, but when I got to the front desk, tired and worn out looking, he could tell. He was so very helpful and understanding. All with a smile on his face as big as Texas! My experience was enjoyable, although I had other hotel arrangements elsewhere, I cancelled and stayed another night at Comfort Inn. Comfort Inn will be the ONLY hotel I stay in while visiting Fayetteville. Thanks so very much for all your help Sylvester!!

Pros: This hotel is a fun, inviting place to stay in Fayetteville. Great downtown location. Staff was excellent! Concierge outstanding! Bartender crafted a delicious bloody mary! Unique motif and decor! Highly recommend!
4,0 Okay
Pros: Near to campus, restaurants, and bars
Cons: Hotel has changed from nice, classy setting to something else. Bar area cut down, limited seating with very limited @intimate” area. No coffee machine in room, only one at a time coffee offered in bar in mornings, no restaurant in hotel,. Room was very noisy, could hear everything in hallway all night and tv/conversation in rooms either side of us.

Cons: Had to unplug the clock as it had a light flashing on and off for some reason.

Pros: See previous
Cons: Awesome place! They are under construction but the staff was A++. We came down during biker weekend and we weren't there for that but the concert was in the midst of it. The Graduate took us down there and dropped us off at the door. I do have to say my mom went with us and she relies on a wheelchair and the shuttle was great. They do not have a wheelchair van but can load one up as long as it's collapsible. The shuttle guys are awesome. Tony have me his card and said he would be there if we called for pick up. Awesome guy. Shuttle runs until 1045 so we missed it and pushed back. Mom sleeps in a chair semi upright. That wasn't in the room so I snagged a high back from the elevator area and it worked great. I told the lady at front desk and she said "Ok great, I'll let housekeeping know""Do you guys need anything else?" I didn't catch her name but service at this place was impeccable. I will stay there next time I'm in town. Thank you guys and we will see you next time!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great and the remodeling looks good!
Cons: We only stayed one night for a show that was happening so the amount spent on the room was a little much for only a few hours spent in it.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location is great, hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was clean and fresh.
Cons: The bar in the lobby had me thinking I was on an episode of a hidden camera show - what a "clusterf@#&" that was each of the 2 times I tried to get a coffee or a nightcap. The remodel was still going on and woke us up each day with hammering. I'd say they were in a hurry to get this completed as the fixtures in the bathrooms were not covering the holes in the tiles and the elevators were covered in paint drippings and just looked dirty. They'll get there, I'm sure - but I'd give this place a few months to work out the kinks before I went back.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I booked and within minutes I arrived at this very welcoming hotel. They had my room already nice and clean waiting on me while the staff had a warm smile on their face. Will definitely stay again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The newly remodeled Chancellor “ Graduate “ Hotel in Fayetteville Arkansas is a real eye opener to say the least. From camouflage mofit carpeting in every room to Buck Rodgers photo over the toilet to their hipster menu in the lobby bar, was all special and appropriate for this new hotel chain acquiring hotels in college towns all across the country. Allow me to get down to the nitty gritty, the beds were ultra comfy as well were the pillows, the modern plaid chic interior design was a bit loud but totally worked with each of the local flair Americana decor complementing each other. Some folks I met with from the local community didn’t care for it, rarely do people like change. I for one with return, the drinks were strong, the food was tasty, the staff was friendly and the price point was spot on. Centrally located nearby the town square or a quick walk to downtown for a weekend of live music, this heady hotel is located just up the block from Maxines a local iconic craft cocktail bar or Huegos subterranean eatery

Pros: I like that there was not a lot of people. It was very quiet.
Cons: The first day he told us there was no hot water and that it would be fixed. I when to ask if it has been fix he said yes but the water was only warm all weekend long. And I hate cold showers. Other then that everything was okay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Near University of Ark. Baum Stadium so we watched the Razorback baseball team beat Missouri and the motel is very nearby. We liked the new tile floors which are cleaner than carpet.
Cons: Only thing is the continental breakfast was just bare bones. They need to add fresh fruit and donuts at least. The milk was just a quart size and was on the verge of being spoiled. Need at least a gallon size. We just went down the street to McDonalds

Cons: Bed and chair to tall for a 5ft person. Very uncomfortable to try to sit anywhere.

Pros: Ground level and windows, but close to highway and easy access coming and going.

Pros: I didn't eat breakfast. I'm not normally a breakfast eater, maybe next time.
Cons: Everything was fine for us. I would recommend this place to friends. The location was on point. I slept well and it was pleasant surrounding. I will return.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION WAS GREAT CLOSE TO UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS, VERY CLEAN AND SAFE
4,6 Okay
Pros: Checked in late on Friday night. As I was leaving the office, another guest came in, wanting her money back. I saw her in the parking lot, as we were looking for our room. She said “I got my money back, and I’m finding someplace else.” I asked why. She replied, “dead bugs everywhere, the bedding has burns in it, and is stained.” I decided that we would look, and determine whether we would stay or not. Got to the room. Pretty stark. No table and chairs, only desk chair. Vinyl floor. Bedding was clean. Big problem: urine on the toilet seat. A lot of urine. Went to the office, and told the lady, who then came over and cleaned it. The bed had a big lump in it, on my wife’s side. She was not comfortable. I picked it because it had a very high rating, but will not stay there again.

Pros: I liked the cozy room.
Cons: I didn't like that the hotel was reserved in my guests name and no mine. The breakfast was B's.

Pros: Breakfast was very tasty and the room was very comfortable and cozy.
Cons: The towels were small
5,0 Okay
Pros: The bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Great breakfast that had hot food; scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, waffles, and the other usual breakfast fare. The attendant at breakfast made sure everything was full. Evening cookies too!
Cons: Room was very small and had no chair except for the desk chair (not much for relaxing in). Lots of stains on the hallway carpets, and scuffs and scratches on the walls. The hotel could use a little TLC.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant room in great location. Staff was especially cordial and hospitable.
Cons: Room was small but we expected that and with only one chair, one of us had to sit on the bed. Bathroom sliding door was very squeaky. All in all the room was fine.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Amenities were updated.
Cons: Room smelt like cigarettes even though we requested a non-smoking room and the room just looked dirty. Stains were on the towels and it was incredibly humid in the room. The smoke detector was also hanging down from the ceiling.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent. Very clean and the bed was super comfy. I did have a little trouble getting the room as cool as I would have liked but it did get very comfortable to sleep.
Cons: The breakfast was only mediocre. The eggs were obviously not real eggs and the sausage links would have been good but they were very dry.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Nice shower. Pretty good continental breakfast.
Cons: Clean but few dead bugs. Wife says there was a pet smell.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great room, staff friendly. Breakfast is yummy.
6,3 Good
Cons: They charged my debit card and they told me I could use my cc and when I checked out they had charged my debit card 3 times so my account is emptied now and they charged me authorization charges and charged my credit card too ..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location for us
Cons: Rooms are very small bed a queen no king
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and went out of the way to help,
Cons: cant think of a thing!! This hotel made cookies on the weekend and they accidently burned them and the fire department had to come and throw the cookies out in the parking lot!! We arrived shortly after and it really wasn't a problem as a matter of fact everyone was amused... except someone put a bad rating on Yelp. So if you expect perfection go somewhere that charges 150. to 200. I will stay there any time I am in Fayettville Ark
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect close to everything. After I was given a better room everything was great. Clean and fresh everything.
Cons: The 1st room I was given had so many problems. It stunk like cigarettes and the sink did not drain and the bathroom stunk like urine and smoke. The lobby attendant was great she quickly assigned me a better room after I reported all the issues I had with the room assigned.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is the best thing about the place.
Cons: The place was horribly noisy. I wanted to sleep in a little the morning of my checkout, but they started some sort of cleaning with loud machines at about 7:30 in the morning. I didn't appreciate it.

Cons: Clearly it had been a smoking room. The bed was awful. Big dent in the middle from wear and tear. No baseboards. Nail on the chair. Chair was ripped up with foam revealed. When I reported it to the front desk. She said "I'm sorry the room wasn't to your satisfaction and offered no remedy."
6,3 Good
Pros: Our initial room had a bad smell. We went to the desk because the TV or the room phone wouldn’t work. The manager Kim came up and said this room smells bad, I’m moving you. She was very accommodating and very nice.
Cons: Our second night was spent in the heat. Our ac quit working about 10:00 and the maintenance man was off duty. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t know anything about air conditioning. It wasn’t a very restful night as it was very uncomfortable in our room. Unfortunately all the rooms were booked so there was not another place to move.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The bed in the hotel room was very comfortable. The location was next to the interstate and near a lot of businesses, which was good.
Cons: We were missing towels and other items when we got into the room. The breakfast was not good, but from overhearing an employee, I think another employee didn't prepare everything properly.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Big room. Bed was good. The online pictures are misleading.
Cons: The room was a bit musty smelling stains on the carpet and chairs and patch of what looked like mold on the wall next the A/C unit. But bed was good not too hard not soft. Parking lot was a bit tricky to navigate especially when on motorcycle. Definitely in need of an update. Maybe they have started that there are old signage sitting around back and a connex box around back also.

5,8 Okay
Cons: Room was so humid the carpet was damp. Could not connect to wifi.
5,8 Okay
Pros: It was clean
Cons: The side door in the hallway leading to outside wound not lock & they weren’t very concerned until I kept complaining, it was resolved close to 10 pm. The air conditioning was so loud every time it kicked on.
6,3 Good
Pros: Staff was nice and helpful to the point I felt sorry for them working in the place. They would be better suited at a nicer hotel. Waffle I made was ok and had choice of toppings.
Cons: Breakfast was inedible. Eggs were not good, sausage was over cooked and tough, biscuits were hard as a rock. No bananas in fruit section. Cranberry juice tasted like grape. The hotel has seen better days. It is old and somewhat run down. Rooms were tight with little room to walk around or get in the door. Had to ask to be moved since you could hear the highway traffic. If anyone moved out in hall, it was heard in the room. It could use some updating. We did not use the pool since we were concerned about the place so didn’t want to risk that it was not properly taken care of and could be contaminated.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extremely comfy and the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Our room was quiet and very clean with plenty of towels. We enjoyed our stay. Glenda

Pros: It was clean for most part. The lobby was a nice area to hang out and play cards. It was close to the softball fields we were in town for. Staff was nice and helpful.
Cons: Ok location but hard to get to without going out of way bc of one way streets. The toilet didn''t flush upon our arrival, the staff fixed it but it began not working again the next morning. Smaller rooms and mainly clean. The tub had dirt in it.
1,0 Poor
Cons: The fact that they didn’t give me my deposit back. They said I owed from my past stay because I stayed two nights. Not true! When I booked the room early morning, it said sat-Sunday! I never got to speak to the manager, and one never called me back
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property was nicely maintained and super comfortable. Checkin staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location was good. Breakfast had good options.
Cons: Room smelled like smoke. We requested another room. They moved us to a king room instead of 2 queen. After half an hour we ended up back in the room that we started with because it was late and we had to get up early. Then our room wasn't cleaned the next day.

Pros: There was nothing good about this hotel it was disgusting
Cons: Disgusting!! Beds were dirty the bathtub was dirty the housekeeping was lazy and never brought my towels I will never stay here again in my life I am impaled
4,6 Okay
Pros: It was in a good location for the festivities we were attending. I saw many reviews about the rooms being dirty and unclean linens, but I'm happy to report that our room was clean with clean towels/sheets and no burn marks in the comforter. I do suggest they use some of the funds recieved from this weekends overpriced room rates to resurface the bathroom tubs, they were all chipped and pealing which was not inviting at all.
Cons: The smell....there was a musty smell in the room, same smell that was in the office. Bring some febreeze with you if you stay here. The staff was sooo not friendly (front desk guy was ok), dont bother asking cleaning staff anything and dont bother saying good morning to them, they either say 'I dont know' in a snooty tone or ignore you. Be prepared to pay for the room ahead of time, even if booking.com states 'no prepayment required'. They charged my card for more than 1 nights stay when I booked the room and had already charged the remaining balance for the second nights stay before I checked in, SO unprofessional. Ohhhh and DONT plan on drinking the coffee that the office provides, it was disgusting brown water, I watched many people dump out their cups of coffee after the first sip...they need serious coffee making training.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Not much.. the location was the only good thing about it.
Cons: It was extremely dirty!! Was really debating on staying but since it would be late notice, we new we couldn’t stay anywhere else! as soon as we got in the room we noticed the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor, they did nothing to repair it.. would not stay there again..

4,6 Okay
Pros: Really nothing.
Cons: There were multiple visable stains and burn holes on the comforter, towels, curtain, tub & chair that was in my non smoking room. There was a dead cockroach in the restroom. The bathroom light flickered on and off. The room was discusting, I should have read the reviews. I'll never go back.
