Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's pools, water slides, and entertainment options, especially for children. Many found the food to be good and plentiful, and some praised the animation team and helpful staff. However, there were recurring complaints about uncomfortable beds, cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, outdated facilities, and poor service from some reception staff. Accessibility and room size were also problematic for several guests, and breakfast quality and availability were criticized. Despite these negatives, families generally enjoyed the activities and amenities for kids.
