Very attentive staff and family, hey ive us all the informations we need , very good hotel to enjoy a vacation with pefect location, thank you very much fpr everything, it's good place to be recommended.

Room was great (view of aqueduct); breakfast was plentiful and good and the rest of the staff made up for the off-putting reception lady.
The female at the front desk was not welcoming and, very slow.
