Cons (-) Staff were rude and couldn't find both of my rooms I booked! Told me I had to call kayak to figure it out! Wanted to charge me for the second room twice!! And with the mix up charge me additional for blow up bedding for children!! They were no help!! They complained about how the manager had booked a large group checking in at the same time as us!! Kayak was very helpful and figured out the mix up...
