Cons:I reserved the car, place my credit card info. And once I got their I got told yeah here's your reservation and we have your car. But a few minutes later they told me I didn't book it correctly and that they didn't have a car for me. It was extremely frustrating because then I had to try and find a new car rental that same day. Reservation was not respected, was told it was not guaranteedCons:Having no transportation for my vacation.
