Cons:I was given a economic type car when I had reserved an intermediate size car due to size and comfort
Cons:Had to wait two hours for someone at the Tepic Airport for Hertz. Only to get a person show up that was in a rush. We received our car with less than an 1/8 of a tank. With Mexico having a fuel issues we waited 2 hours to fill it up. We cut our trip short and didn’t want to risk returning it to Tepic with no Gas in Guadalajara. We dropped it off in Guadalajara are Hertz only for them to charge us more than our 4 day rental for a return outside of Tepic. When calling Hertz customer service in Mexico we were told it’s not there problem there is no gas, a contract is a contract. Some flexibility and customer service on their end should be in order. Please remove Hertz from your search engine
Pros:That Budget’s office is across the street from National Car rental / who was actually open for business.
Cons:I arrived for my resorvation, but the door was locked, nobody was around, and I was stranded without a secured rental.
