Rented from Vancouver, WAPros:We reserved an economy car, but when that wasn't available they upgraded us for free without any attempt to upcharge. They also gave us a little break on the fuel cost since the replacement vehicle (Expedition) wouldn't get as good of gas mileage as we planned for our trip. No car with reservation/insurance cost ridiculousPros:There wasn't much to like.Cons:Made a reservation and received confirmation. Arrived at rental and there were no cars. Insurance was another double the rental cost making it 3 times more than advertised. Half full on gas but was told to fill it up before returning. Absolutely cannot see the point in using Enterprise again.Reviewed Apr 16 2017
