Everyone was great. They called prior to pick up to verify the type of vehicle I needed and to give me their operating hours. The vehicle was clean and we had no issues with it for the trip. I don’t rent cars often, but this location was so very kind and just plain nice. If I ever need to rent a car I will go out of my way to rent from them. Abby was the best.Reviewed Dec 29 2022

We wanted a Tahoe, they gave us a 15 passanger dirty van. There was nobs missing or broken, large rips in the seats, crusted buggers all over the passanger side visor, and the driverside 2nd row vents. There was no spare tire. When we asked to change to a smaller vehicle the attendant stated the crack windshield was not ok to rent...when we returned they said he lied and they where rented. The return attendant was rude, and said rudly after hearing our complaint "well what do you want me to do about it". We will stick with Avis from now on.Reviewed Aug 22 2022

Enterprise did not explain the drop off process. Since we were dropping off at 3am, their location was closed. I called their corporate location and they explained to me they their drop off location was at The Parking Spot, and that I needed to drop off the vehicle on the third floor and leave keys in drop box on first floor. There were absolutely zero signs signaling that this was a drop off location for a enterprise, and even on the third floor had zero indication that this is where Enterprise drop offs should be parked. Absolutely terrible customer service and I am lucky I did not miss my flight.Reviewed Mar 16 2022

My husband and I traveled via Uber to Enterprise for a car we had reserved online. We never got the car because: We couldn't use a debit card(neither mine nor my husband's even though the cards are from the same bank); I don't drive but my husband has a valid license; when I called a utility company to text me a photo copy of my latest 'paid' gas bill; enterprise rejected it because his name wasn't on it; he does not have utility bills in his name. I offered to pay cash to no avail. Finally when we had exhausted our options, we were stranded and it was too late to try another rental agency so we caught another taxi home. Enterprise discriminates! I am seeking other horror stories about Enterprise too post.Reviewed Oct 3 2021

I requested a car from STL Airport but you gave me a car that was at a different and didn't realize until shuttle took me to airport location and they gave me a price almost two what you quoted. The allocation said the location I had to go their by cab as their shuttle would not take me there and also that maybe it would be closed by the I got there.
