I didn't like anything at all. I made my reservation for a passenger van a couple months in advance, I even kept calling the local office to make sure my van was going to be ready. I even called in 3 days ahead of time, and every time the reps assured me that I didn't have anything to worry about, that my van was going to be there at pickup time. But guess what, I arrived at pickup time ready to get on the road, just to find out that "the manufacturer had issued a recall at the last minute and the clerk could not rent out the vehicle. I explianed that it was critical for me to get the van as I had very important commitments to attend to and needed the vehicle, but the clerk just kept saying "I'm sorry but I can't rent that vehicle". He offered me TWO cars instead, but I needed a van because I only had ONE driver, not two. I did have 2 cars of my own, but the problem was that I only had one driver, that was the whole reason I wanted to rent a van. I will NEVER EVER rent from Enterprise, that was my first and last time I deal with them. I just turned around, called Avis and they had the exact same model and size of a van, and didn't have any problems renting it out to me, and even at a much lower price than Enterprise. From now on I will STRONGLY recommend my family and friends to always rent from Avis and never from Enterprise.Reviewed Nov 3 2023

Cons:They are not at the Santa Maria Airport and did not answer the phone when I called. Enterprise should be taken iff the list. However, the woman at Hertz was very nice and helped me get a car.Reviewed Jun 29 2019

UnethicalCons:My booking was for 1 day returning before 4pm Saturday night. I dropped off my car at 3pm. Less than 24 hours after renting. My rental should be equal or less than initially agreed upon charge. Location decided to close earlier than advertised business hours. My rental agreement specifically noted location hours as 4pm. Since location was closed at 3pm, I proceeded to drop off car keys in designated area as indicated. I also followed up with a call early morning ensuring all was received and bill was concluded. I was informed that renting location is charging me almost double of originally agreed upon amount. This is unacceptable and unethical and I refuse to condone this kind of business.
