Pros:Staff was friendly and drop off was easyCons:the car had safety issues. we chose a Jeep wrangler. While traveling on the interstate at high speeds the car began to shake vigorously, my husband almost lost control of the car the first time it happened. It happened several times while we had it, sometimes at high speeds and other times just driving through the city. The AC would also start blowing heat out of no where which wasn't comfortable when it is 90+ degrees outside.Reviewed Aug 4 2020

Pros:I was pleasantly surprised with the vehicle itself. Toyota has done a good job with the Corolla. It was sufficiently comfortable for a long trip and peppy enough to be interesting.Cons:I purchased the insurance at the time of making the reservation. At pick up, the worker attempted to sell me the insurance plan again and justified by telling me I had purchased a "secondary" policy rather than a primary one. (The plan I had purchased was in fact the primary one). After explaining that I had in fact already purchased that plan, I was then told I would have to place a deposit on the vehicle because I was not purchasing a plan at the counter. Whatever. We walked out to inspect the car and it was filthy making it difficult to see any body issues. After being on the road for several hours the maintenance required light came on. Upon arriving at my destination, I called enterprise to tell them that the maintenance light was on and asked if I could swap the vehicle as I had another 8 hour drive to return. I was told I was being "paranoid" and "scared" so I asked to speak with a manager. I was then told that it would be another two days before a manager would return my call. I asked to speak to a customer service supervisor and was disconnected. I called again, this time asked if I could speak to a supervisor regarding the previous conversation. I was then informed that was not possible because they "don't track calls or make notes" on customer service calls. Regardless, enterprise then arranged for a swap for a lesser vehicle at a location but refused to pick up the vehicle to swap because it was beyond their 5 mile radius. At this point I had spent a good part of morning dealing with this. I then received a call from the manager at the location where I had initially picked up the vehicle. He informed me that the light was most likely not reset from the last oil change. I decided to just live with it and thankfully had no further issues with the vehicle. however, when I encountered rain, it was clear the windshield wipers were quite old as they were pretty much useless.Reviewed Aug 2 2016

HelloPros:NothingCons:The brakes squealed and didn’t want to work the Winchell wipers didn’t work and it has to have a computer problem because on the screen of the car Radio kept popping up all kind of stuff wouldn’t go well and I think it has a computer problem because I even had a hard time accelerating every now and then and you think it was just a piece of junk my honest opinion I will not rent from them againReviewed Oct 15 2018

Pros:The Suburban was niceCons:The customer service, the fact that the "deal" I received was extremely misleading and I ended up having to pay extra for the car I had been lead I had actually reserved. The handling of my money was reckless, the assistant manager was supremely uninformed, and my attempts at reporting my dissatisfaction were wholly unproductive.
