Pros:Staff was good. Didnt have my car so they upgraded me for free. Was disappointed that i had to pay more for gas but staff was greatCons:My vehicle didnt have its registration in it. I drove 2 hours away before i found out it wasnt with the car. I had to drive another 2 hours back to the airport to retrieve it. Pros:Staff on both ends extremely friendly and helpful. On drop-off they even drove us to the train station.Cons:Car interior was a bit worn, but overall fine. Pickup process was long and seemed overly complex.Reviewed Nov 22 2019

Cons:I had a flat tire just one hour after the rent and the company didn’t have another car available and we spent 5 hours in the street then after 20 time trying to reach the company they told us to take a taxi to our home and they will pay it back and send a new car to our home which didn’t happenReviewed Aug 19 2019
