Pros:Initially the vehicle was great but the maintenance and oil change light came on.Cons:Vehicle maintenance been up to date, I tried to contact roadside assistance and was on hold for a half hour. I got different answers from everyone I talked to.Reviewed Jun 12 2021

Cons:When I picked up my car it had a terrible body odor. It smelled like a high school locker room, and no matter what I did, the smell persisted—it was deep within the linen of the car seats. Opening windows in an attempt to air the car out did nothing. I bought febreeze and sprayed the upholstery of the entire car TWICE. I even bought fragrance sticks to put in the air vents. Nothing worked, and after having the car for almost a week, the smell was still there when I returned it. Also, when I got the car it wasn’t at a full tank. I was given a rental that only had 1/4 tank of gas in it.Reviewed Apr 6 2021

Pros:Ryan and Jake helped me upgrade to an SUV because the sedan I originally picked up kept getting stuck in the snow. Pros:Enterprise did everything very well. The staff was friendly, the car was great, and the car had apple play which was a unexpected nice future.Cons:I used KAYAK to make my reservation, I typed in a reservation for St. Louis airport but it made me a reservation for somewhere else in St. Louis. It was a minor problem because the airport had extra cars and was fixed via enterprise when I got to the airport location.Reviewed Sep 29 2019
