Cons: easy to work with
No car available
Cons: Reserved car class was not available even though we verified the reservation the day before. Substitute was supposedly at a second location. When we got there that car was somewhere else and still required cleaning. Totally unsatisfactory experience, our last time with Enterprise.
Left without the car
Pros: They were polite.
Cons: Took too long to do business. Rushed. Incomplete information led to repeat work.
Cons: Why would you allow your customers a pick-up time at the same time the rental office closes? (Scheduled to pick up at noon, office closed at noon.) No one noticed it, not even the office who apparently was awaiting for my noon arrival since there was one minivan in the lot. I call to try and get the contract changed to another office, the guy I talked to was fast, but not thorough. He said the other office was still open and had minivans available. I go to the other office, and they tell me they have minivans, but they're all reserved for the next day. Awesome service... not!
