The staff at Enterprise was great… personable and efficient! The phone calls to confirm reservation and information about rental was additional, positive, customer service. I wasn’t too happy about the cost of renting, but I know my options were limited and renting a large vehicle was necessary ( my only option ). I would hope Enterprise might send a coupon voucher to use for future rental reservation.Reviewed May 10 2024
