Coke bottle with coke inside in the back seat floor. Bad battery and incorrect diagnosis from the emergency service. They said key was not detected because of the remote battery. I had to call AAA to jumpstart. They said only 4v and needed new battery.Reviewed Feb 25 2024

The car had trash, old coke bottle in the back seat. The emergency service told me the remote battery was bad when it said key not detected. And to go get it replaced. But then the car would start and had to call AAA and they said only 4v on the battery and needed a new one. They jumped started it and I had to take it back and couldnt fill up the gas because if I shut off the engine I would have been stuck again. But they did give me another vehicle so that was good. But I wish they had checked out the first car better.Reviewed Feb 25 2024

It was quick and easy. I needed a last minute car to drive from bend to sf. My flight was unexpectedly canceled. Budget hooked me up with a one day rental. The car performed great and I was able to get back home.Reviewed Jan 6 2024

The cost of gas was double the price if we let budget fill the tank. That’s price gouging. Other than that, car was clean and pick up and drop off was smooth and efficient.Reviewed Sep 30 2022

Cons:The representative walked me to the car to show me the vehicle had been sanitized and cleaned. After I arrived at my destination I found empty water bottles with chewed gum on the lid. There was trash in the back as well.Reviewed May 6 2021

Pros:The staff was helpful and friendly. The car was clean (minus a little earthy smell, but I put a lavender car refresher in it and it soon went away.) the price was wonderful, and the ease of service was great!Reviewed Feb 12 2020

Pros:Staff was helpful in both Bend and Carlsbad.Cons:Van was dirty. Baby puke or spilled milk inside the van. Windows inside were so dirty that at dawn, I couldn't see through them.Reviewed Nov 17 2019

Cons:Had to call a couple times to get the agreed upon price, which was about $90 less than the budget office tried to charge. Also dodmt like the additional taxes/fees that were not in the advertised $38/day. price. Would have loved to have gotten the c. $10/day loss leader come on price!Reviewed Jan 18 2019

Good Value For The PricePros:The car was clean and well maintained. The associate who assisted me was friendly and helpful.Cons:The drop off was awkward.
