Pros:Enterprise had great customer serviceCons:The Nissan versa was a horrible car for a long roadtrip and not what I wanted. Handling was very poor on the highway as the whole car shakes. The cruise control did not work and there was greasy fingerprints on the inside of windshield. Very disappointed with the car and I reserved a midrange Mitsubishi and all they had was Nissan versas. Bad experienceCons:It was terrible as I think they (enterprise) don't like people booking through kayak as first they refused to accept my debit card although o had made my booking through it. They wanted a credit card. Luckily I had one credit card. Secondly they wanted to give me insurance , which was more than the rental value. I told them I have already paid insurance to kayak and they were not happy about it. And very reluctantly they let me go. Pros:Polite and helpful personnel and the added convenience of returning the car to a nearby location from the original pickup site. They waived the fee for that service. Very nice. The manager at the Huntington site in Alexandria bent over backwards to assist us. Definitely will use Enterprise again.Reviewed Jun 25 2018
