It's a somewhat institutional feeling, more like a low end hospital than a comfortable hotel. Kind of a depressing and uncomfortable place. I guess it costs so much for so little because it's near the airport. Also checkout was at 11 and at 10:30 the staff bangs in the door with keys yelling "checkout!" Spend another $30 and go somewhere else.
Noise from the highway and airport were literally unbearable.

Cons (-) Very poor service. When I arrived for check in, the office was in disarray. Associates were arguing with each other and it was clear that they did not have a room set aside for me. It was 930pm. I just wanted to get to my room and rest for the next day. It took over an hour to check in. Finally they put me in a room without giving me a key. Cons (-) Shuttle from airport took 2 hours to arrive. Hotel didn't have my booking. Staff couldn't care less. Overpriced. Will never return.

Pros (+) The hotel ticked all the boxes for airport hotel except cost. It was convenient, clean, adequate breakfast, safe environment, and friendly shuttle to airport. It really should be cheaper because it is around a 3.5 star hotel.

Cons (-) They have no pick up when I arrived at 0130. I have to find my own transportation in the early morning. they said they would refund my taxi ticket but has to have a printed receipt. Of course I could not have one as I was traveling. To use their computer to print it would cost me almost the fee of the Uber. Forget it!
Pros (+) The staff was wonderful. Truly made our stay better.
