the rooms are beautiful and the hotel is in a good location. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Kitchen in the bistro is good and healthy. The room service delivery was friendly.
The staff at reception treated me like they were in a rush, although there was no one behind me. I left my iphone charger in the room and did not get a phone call about this. When I rang them they said they would call back - which they did not. I went past and turned out that they had it, they should have rang me to let me know. I requested an airport pickup and they emailed me that this would be able to be arranged for no extra cost. I emailed several times to organize this and got no response. In canada I rang them and they said they had no airport pickup service. I would NOT have booked this if I would have known this.
The breakfast was very delicious as a full coarse meal.
The price The room was great Location perfect Enjoyed it all
Parking is $35 which a rip off
We were in town for a show at the Winspear and it was a short 4 minute walk. There are a ton of great restaurants and bars in the area too!
Everything was great
My one complaint is that you have to pay for parking. I feel that parking should be included, despite the fact that the hotel is downtown. I believe the parking was $34. It is underground parking with valet, which maybe justifies the added price.
