Rooms were very unclean Had no hot water and had to ask for coffee as no sachets in room. Staff apologised and offered us complimentary dinner.
Cleanliness of rooms Dated decor in rooms
The good: Ease of check in, quiet for a downtown location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, toiletries are well thought, ( indigenous sourced and eco friendly) great views, lovely food.
The bad : The underground parking lot is expensive and not secure. There are homeless that yell and follow you and break into cars or vandalize them unfortuantly. The shower head thrusts water at you hard, and the floor floods during the shower because the head is not adjustable. My personal pickyness: The TV is very small, the channels are minimal. For the brand of the hotel I would have liked to see complimentary water bottles in the room, and a small bowl of fresh fruit by the elevator.
Staff seemed very friendly and seemed maintained well.
Parking for anything over 6’2” was less than satisfactory, as well as being told to park in a lot across the street. Was then ticketed for parking there. I’m hopeful that this has been taken care of on there part.
Parking is 20 bucks The rooms are dirty No free breakfast Way over rated
